PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
+ Build enterprise content that is aligned with news strategies.

STRENGTHS YOULL NEED:

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
+ Five years experience as a general assignment reporter, preferably in a top 20 market
+ Bachelors degree in journalism or similar field.
+ Fluent in Spanish
+ Familiarity with Chicago area, strongly preferred.

Hiring Salary Range: $130,000.00 - 160,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. As a Senior Manager within our Client Advisory Services Team you will be operating at a CFO level with respect to various client facing opportunities primarily in the skilled nursing and post-acute care space. In addition, we are uniquely poised to expand our market presence and service offerings in this industry and are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic leader who can serve a foundation and lead our team through change management as we look to expand and up-skill our current associate roster and modernize and streamline operations through the implementation of technology, standardization of policies and procedures and development of best practices. You will oversee and manage multiple client teams, provide training to and promote development of staff, have direct client contact providing advisory level client consulting services. Related industry and equivalent technical experience as well as a history of success in building and leading a team through change management will be critical to your success. This position can work remotely anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities

- Develop and lead a team through various change management initiatives aligned with the goals of up-skilling and creating a modernized service and delivery platform through the implementation technology, standardized processes and procedures and best practices. - Proactively identifying operational needs and structures of post-acute providers, while communicating and implementing timely solutions - Keep abreast of the latest payment and regulatory developments impacting the industry - Building a trusted advisor relationship with client executives by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business objectives and management needs and providing solutions to meet their needs - Identifying operational strengths and weaknesses in client's revenue cycle, cash flow and profitability and consultative solutions with respect to such matters - Review analyze various components of Overall financial position and results of operations with client executives and owners including key performance indicators and provide insight on recommended performance improvement strategies to achieve their goals - As requested, develop client operational budgets and forecasts - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems - Ensure client accounting engagements are completed accurately and timely by routinely meeting with engagement managers and teams - Collaborating with the partners and other stakeholders in making decisions to achieve departmental goals - When appropriate collaborating with revenue cycle, payroll, and cost report and other teams to ensure complete service delivery consistent with a one-firm mindset.
