Whether your skills align more closely with a lead Maintenance Repairer or a Maintenance Technician, we will place you in the right role based on your qualifications and experience.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for safe, comfortable housing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical issues.
- Lead by example, ensure work quality, and collaborate with a strong maintenance team.
- Respond to urgent repairs, weather events, and tenant needs with professionalism.
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, safety protocols, and Oregon Building codes.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive for agency-related needs.
