Job Description
We are looking for a good person who can do good work in a reasonable amount of time. You will be working in a small team of experienced professionals to design, fabricate, and install creative outdoor environments. We specialize in roof gardens and other outdoor rooms.
You will be expected to take charge of your own portion of a project by implementing 3D models, 2D plans, and details. Sometimes you will be the lead technician with some help, and sometimes you will assist another lead. Some days we work alone, and other days as a large team.
We need someone who loves to create and work with their hands. This is a construction job, but we are not looking for someone to just be a heavy lifter. Each day is different, as are each client and every feature of every project.
You will be expected to know how to work in a shop environment, drive a medium-sized truck or large van, and be productive on site. We also need someone who can integrate carpentry with metalwork. Most of our outdoor kitchens, fences, decks, fountains, and pergolas combine all types of materials. We are beginning to work more with CNC, laser cutting, and other technologies.
Your contribution will be recognized, your individual skills will be considered, and your opinion will matter. This is my dream job, and we are always changing and trying to make it even better. Simply put, all we want is good work, good people, and good pay.
