Job Description
Perform physical labor tasks at building, residential, and heavy construction projects. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, concrete vibrators, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, floor grinders, and various other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, place bulkheads, pour, level, and finish freshly placed underlayment product, use teamwork to meet daily established goals, help train and develop talent, fill out daily timesheets, take direction from and coordinate with Kent's foreman/superintendent daily, and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hard hat, high-visibility apparel, and additional protection as required by the task, e.g., a dust mask during mixing/pump operations.
- Safely perform general labor tasks on commercial construction sites with equipment, power tools, and common hand tools.
- Install and maintain fall protection, barricades, and other safety systems.
- Locate materials, supplies, equipment, and tools onsite and utilize them as directed to meet established production and quality goals.
- Walk and work on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, scaffold, and shoring frequently.
- Properly maintain all equipment and tools so that they are in a safe and reliable working condition.
- Work in a kneeling, crouching, or bent-over position on a frequent basis.
- Work in a variable environment, both indoors and outdoors, and during inclement weather, including extreme cold/heat, when required.
- Lift and break 80lb bags into a hopper.
- Install sound mat materials.
- Pull material hoses on job sites and place cementitious materials with hoses.
- Communicate effectively with your crew lead, foreman, and superintendent on safety, ask questions, and problem-solve.
- Assist the foreman and superintendent in tracking onsite material and reporting material usage.
- Demonstrate an understanding of standard job site setup.
- Read take-off sheets.
- Read prints to understand and perform each job to specifications, including elevation pin installations.
- Assist foreman and superintendent with daily mobilization and coordinate crew to complete daily tasks.
- Assist pump operator with pump setup and operation.
- Place and finish cementitious materials proficiently, with hoses to design specifications and plans.
- Operate a skid steer proficiently.
- Assist foreman/superintendent in performing quality control and quality assurance on underlayment pours.
- Train, develop, and support others to up-skill teammates and build a stronger division.

Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s).
- Provide personal gear such as steel-toe boots and hand tools such as a box cutter.
- Commercial construction experience, particularly gypsum underlayments.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Chauffer's license.

The experienced laborer (skilled) has multiple years in concrete construction with a solid understanding of formwork fundamentals. While expected to complete general labor tasks as needed, this position is adept at utilizing all associated power tools, can set and strip formwork, erect and dismantle shoring systems, place concrete and rig loads, signal the crane, and operate motorized equipment. This position to ensure that quality care is delivered through assessment and monitoring of staff performance, physician contact, care planning and daily resident assessment. This position also provides direct care to residents. All this is done according to nursing standards of practice, standard procedures, and established State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
In this role, the Registered Nurse will:
- Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of the LPNs and nursing assistants on the unit, assuring a high standard of nursing care and satisfactory completion of tasks.
- Assist in the orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards to maintain a high quality of care.
- Assist in motivating LPNs and CNAs assigned to the nursing unit.
- Provide explanation of nursing procedures and assistance to staff to assure ongoing understanding and training.
- Communicate on a regular basis with the Director of Nursing regarding assessments, observations, and suggestions of problem areas, resident and employee activities, concerns, needs, conditions, etc.
- Observe and evaluate residents' health, mental and emotional conditions and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff. When indicated is responsible for notifying the physician and family members according to prescribed procedures.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State.
- One year nursing experience necessary.
- Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
- Skill in assessing problems, planning and evaluating solutions in relationship to routine supervision of LPNs and nursing assistant and resident needs.
- Understanding, patience and tact in dealing with people.
- Must be tactful and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English).
- Genuine compassion for senior adults and the disabled.
- Requires good human relation skills and the ability to monitor and direct the activities of others.
- Availability when necessary to work beyond normal working hours and in other related positions on a temporary basis; as well as availability on weekends and holidays, or on days and shifts other than those for which hired.
Compensation Pay Range:
$31.37 - $9.88 per hour
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is 31.37 - 39.88 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.

**Job Summary**
Molina Health Plan Provider Network Contracting jobs are responsible for the network strategy and development with respect to adequacy, financial performance and operational performance, in alignment with Molina Healthcare's overall mission, core values, and strategic plan and in compliance with all relevant federal, state and local regulations.
Responsible for contracting/re-contracting of standard deals, maintaining network adequacy, issue escalations and JOCs on exception, including standardized fee for service and other core payment method contracts with predefined, common programs.
Typically does not entail heavy negotiations. Minimal ongoing engagement after contract. Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases. Synchronizes data among multiple claims systems when applicable, and the application of business rules as they apply to each database. Validate data to be housed on provider databases and ensure adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
**Job Duties**
This role negotiates assigned contracts and letters of agreements with non-complex provider community that result in high quality, cost effective and marketable providers. Maintains tracking system and publish reports according to departmental procedures. Contracting/re-contracting of standard deals, maintaining network adequacy, issue escalations and Joint Operating Committees on exception.
- Initiates, negotiates, generates and tracks provider Letters of Agreement, contracts and amendments from initial draft to full execution utilizing approved standardized contract templates/amendments, including but not limited to Fee for Service and Basic Alternative Payment Methods including Pay for Performance.
- Assesses and negotiates contract language for ancillary providers including, but not limited to Behaviorial Health, Home Health, Hospice, Dialysis, Home and Community based providers. Ensure compliance with Corporate standards and regulatory requirements and review revised language with leadership based on feedback rom assigned MHI attorney.
- Assists Manager and/or Director in the negotiation of medical group/IPA and hospital contracting.
- Advises Network Provider Contract Specialists on negotiation of individual provider and routine ancillary contracts.
- Identified as contract system lead by developing and maintaining provider contracts in contract management software.
- Targets and recruits additional providers to reduce member access grievances.
- Supports network development throughout state to including researching, recruiting and negotiating with providers.
- Participates in the evaluation of provider network and implementation of strategic plans to meet Molina's network adequacy standards.
- Clearly and professionally communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to physician, hospital and ancillary providers.
- Assists in analysis and coordination of amendments, reimbursement, and language changes. Requests information of billing codes, services provided and other information needed to complete the contract profile.
- Coordinates preparation and routing distribution of documents to complete the contracting process in a timely and thorough manner according to standardized processes.
- Assists Manager and/or Director in the completion of Block Transfer Filings
- Facilitates and resolves claim and configuration issues with impacted departments.
- Communicates proactively with other departments in order to ensure effective and efficient business results.
- Trains and monitors newly hired Contract Specialist(s).
- Participates with the management team and other committees addressing the strategic goals of the department and organization.
- Participates in other contracting related special projects as directed.
- Travels regularly throughout designated regions to meet targeted needs.
**Job Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION** :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in health care field including, but not limited to, provider's office, managed care, or other health care field.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** :
- 5-7 years previous experience in contracting with large specialty or multispecialty provider groups.
- 3+ years experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed healthcare setting
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE** :
Knowledge of integrated delivery systems, hospitals and groups (specialty and ancillary) contracts highly desirable.
**STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS** :
Certified Recovery Peer Specialist certification required in the state of Florida
