6. Familiar with plumbing and building codes to ensure all work meets code requirements.

9. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
10. Submission of PA School Personnel Health form.
11. Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances.
12. The person, while performing in this position, will be required to:
    1. Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and to talk and hear;
    2. Prolonged standing, crouching and reaching with hands and arms; and frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in exhausting and uncomfortable positions;
    3. Have specific vision abilities, to include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus;

Responsible for performing various carpentry duties; coordinating work within the department as well as with other departments. Planning, executing, and overseeing all carpentry-related activities. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, and a deep knowledge of construction principles, safety regulations, and best practices. Ensures the highest quality of workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and efficient use of resources. 1. Participates in building additions and/or updates to existing structures or facilities.

Working under the direction of supervisor and/or nurse manager, directs and takes responsibility for total care of residents on a team.  Responsible for implementing interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care.  All work is performed within a resident centered framework in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, residents and their families.  Functions as a role model for staff.

The RN provides direct nursing care to the residents in Skilled Nursing. RN supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and CNA's in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Positions Available:  Part-time (3pm to 11pm); Pool (all shifts)

Required Attributes: Must have graduated from a two-year RN program at an accredited school or university. An active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Pennsylvania. A minimum of 1 year experience in long term care/skilled nursing/rehab preferred.
