We are seeking qualified individuals with construction experience for our Skilled Sign Installer position. This job consists of commercial sign installation and various construction related task. Candidates must have 2+ years of proven experience as a sign installer to be consider for the lead role. Please apply and provide a resume if interested, these positions are immediate hire. • Shift: 1st shift available.

• Operating forklifts and various lift equipment
• Read and interpret drawings or work orders for each task.

• Use of power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects by hand or with equipment.

Admissions Nurse – Clinical Chart Reviewer

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Nurse  to support our referral and admissions process across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role focuses on reviewing clinically complex referrals and working closely with facility Admissions Directors and liaisons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze patient charts and medical records for prospective residents

• Assess health status and care needs to match with facility capabilities

• Collaborate with Admissions Directors and liaisons on referral decisions

• Apply knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility clinical capabilities

Requirements:

• RN or LPN license (active and in good standing)

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing and chart review experience

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Details:

• Position: Remote

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Pay Range: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

• Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel.
• Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents' overall condition and behavior.
• RN's utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
