As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with an individual in their home and support them with the following:
· Adhere to the outlined care plan
· Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
· Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and
procedures
· Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
· Assist with other duties as needed
**_Minimum Qualifications:_**
· Current Georgia LPN license
· Three (3) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
