**Location:** Ridgeville, SC
**Pay:** $20/hr + 10-25 hours of overtime weekly (weekly pay)
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start time (50+ hours/week)

You'll be part of a self-performing team handling a wide range of tasks across a massive 250-acre site. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ General labor and site support
+ Setting up barriers, tents, and site infrastructure
+ Material transport and jobsite cleanup
+ Pressure washing and restroom maintenance
+ Assisting leads and taking direction
**What We're Looking For**
+ **Positive attitude** and strong work ethic
+ Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
+ Experience in **construction or outdoor environments** (landscaping, farming, etc. are acceptable)
+ Comfortable working **outdoors in all weather conditions**
+ **Familiarity with hand and power tools** , tape measures, and basic carpentry - proficiency is not required
**Skills That Will Set You Apart**
+ General labor and construction experience
+ Carpentry, framing, jackhammer use
+ Cleanup and site maintenance
+ Ability to read a tape measure and use tools safely

**The Role**
Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company. **Must Have**
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:
+ NNS Apprentice School graduate
+ Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
+ Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
+ Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
+ High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
+ High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
