As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you will:
- Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
- Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
- State of Iowa Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Experience preferred - but we're also willing to invest in new grads!
