Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content across many different social media platforms, working on existing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content for a social media platform, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to run a successful social media campaign.

Responsibilities

Create content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formats

Monitor social media interactions across all platforms

Work closely with the rest of the social media team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms

Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign

Manage and maintain a living social media calendar

Work closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistency

Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns

Qualifications

Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends

Familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software

This person will support the SVP of Marketing and the Marketing Team in executing the department's marketing plan and fulfilling marketing needs.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan, execute, and support omnichannel marketing campaigns - organic and paid, with a large focus on grand openings, including but not limited to social media, print, email and others.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and promo activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and opening and provide key findings to stakeholders and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality within the marketing database(s).
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, such as social and email platforms.
  • Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.
  • Utilize industry best practices and your knowledge of our mission to inspire innovative ideas and content.
  • Manage marketing and operations for events as necessary including in-person conferences and webinars, as needed

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Description: This position requires a skilled and versatile social media marketer who will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the Papi Steak restaurant brand channels. This individual will be responsible for driving new and innovative content across our applicable social media verticals such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. The responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing photoshoots, facilitating/creating engaging content, tracking & analyzing data, influencer outreach, and on-site content curation. To be successful in this role, one should have hands-on experience with social media, photoshoots, influencer marketing, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to conceptualize and create engaging content. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Papi Steak social media channels (i.e., FB, IG, Tik Tok, X, & LinkedIn) Schedule, execute, and conduct all applicable culinary photo & video shoots with team. Work with operations teams to plan and coordinate photoshoots (i.e. Seasonal, F&B, Lifestyle) Oversee community management for designated channels. Plan and post weekly social assets daily. Deploy successful social media campaigns and their implementation from ideation to execution. Oversee and work weekly with direct supervisor i.e. (Director of Marketing - Content) for all graphic, feed and asset requirements. Produce and deliver content that can be used across multi-channels Align on upcoming holidays (traditional/social) to create original and engaging content Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door. Create F&B photoshoot shot lists, mood boards, and provide general directions Capture/Curate content that can be used across different media verticals (i.e. Social, Web, Etc.) Track and analyze the growth of actively managed social media channels Oversee and create engaging on-site live coverage from restaurant events and activations Coordinate with onsite photo/video teams to ensure the best possible content Brainstorm and research new social initiatives, brand partners and ideas for in-feed and stories Create on-going and original content for Instagram Stories and Reels Communicate and provide needed content to marketing managers for in-house PR agency Working odd hours throughout the year i.e. Holiday's, Festivals, Pop Up Events, and other locally driven events. RequirementsProven work history in a Social Media Manager related role in Hospitality & Entertainment. Preferably 3-5 years of experience. Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Previous experience conducting and managing restaurant photoshoots Proven experience with high profile/celebrity clients Effective Team Player & Collaborator. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. Proven content creation abilities Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop etc.) BSc/MSc degree in marketing preferred Periodic travel to out of state locations for content capture Salary Description $70,000 - $80,000/annually
