+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Technologies used by Carters includes SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, API Gateway, VPC, EC2, CloudFormation, and Cloudwatch.
+ Minimum 1 year in project planning focused on gathering business and technical requirements, project estimation, and project plan maintenance; ability to communicate these core aspects to both business and technical partners.
+ Experience creating SQL queries and general operation of SQL Server.
+ Critical thinking with a drive for process improvement.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects and possess strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
