This work supports USMC Operational Forces, Information Operations (IO) advocates, IO proponents and encompasses disciplines of IO development and integration, signature management, IO analysis, operational security, program management, and intelligence technical support functions. • Administer, develop, and test web-based applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).

• Write, test, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries and procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle APEX applications, databases, and environments.

• Stay up to date with new Oracle APEX features and best practices.
