Individuals are encouraged to specialize (usually in our ERP or our web apps).

- Microsoft/Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and a specialization in Ellucian Administrative software, report-writing tools or ASP.NET (Web Form and MVC), and/or Git version control system

- Design and develop Basic Software (BSW) components in accordance with Classic AUTOSAR architecture.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE Capability Level 2 (CL2) processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Implement software solutions that meet Functional Safety ASIL C standards and customer-specific Engine Controller Requirements.
- Develop and maintain Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL) modules.
- Create and test Complex/ASIC Device Drivers (CDD) and Bootloader APIs.
- Handle Low Level Inputs and Outputs (LLIO) and contribute to Software Integration (SWI).
- Participate in Software Architecture (SWA) activities, including system design and documentation.
- Configure Communication, Diagnostics, and Software Components (SWC), and manage RTE generation and calls.
- Provide services related to Operating System (OS), Power Modding, Memory Management, NVRAM, Watchdog (WDG), and External Flash.
- Uphold Functional Safety Level 3 (FSL3) standards across all software modules.
- Develop Testability Software/Factory Test Software (FTSW) for internal and external use.
- Proficiency in AUTOSAR BSW development tools such as Davinci Configurator/Developer and EB Tresos.
- Experience with microcontrollers, particularly Infineon products.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in embedded software development, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with functional safety standards and quality management systems in software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
