This person will be a part of a diverse and skilled technical team, to write and test software in high level languages, and to develop and test signal processing algorithms from concept to implementation. They will be involved with the creation of new code, maintaining current code as well as assisting in some design work with the team. **Description**
ARS is looking for an Azure Software Engineer. As a software engineer, your responsibility will be to deploy, configure, and manage a DevSecOps platform as a service for a U.S. Government customer, including certain customizations based on agreed-upon customer requirements. As part of that management, you are expected to follow an agile-based delivery approach and manage a backlog of work item tasks outlined by the Microsoft Architect. During delivery, you will be expected to develop the platform solution and deliver it into a classified Microsoft region. After the initial delivery of the DevSecOps platform, you are expected to provide clear documentation for code checked into a Git repository and instructions on how to deploy the platform into a Kubernetes cluster. You will also be required to provide a software bill of materials, including version numbers for platform accreditation. **Responsibilities:**

Essential Job Responsibilities
Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
