**Job Description:**

Agile Engineering Best Practices
- Identifies and recommends improvements to the software development lifecycle and best practices in agile engineering.
- Provides input into various software development strategies (e.g., unit testing, acceptance testing, continuous delivery and integration, release and deployment for frequent and reliable release), providing the case for using agile vs. traditional methodologies.
- Develops the roadmap and guidelines for tailoring agile practices to a complex and dynamic software development project.
Project Management

**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of professional experience in software/IT with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, including experience in a technical leadership or mentorship capacity.
+ Deep expertise in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
+ Strong understanding of machine learning methodologies including supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and model interpretability.
+ Proven experience leading end-to-end AI solution development from concept through deployment in production environments.
+ Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) for model tracking, deployment, and lifecycle management.
+ Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS), including their AI/ML services and infrastructure.
