Job Summary: This is an exciting role in a growing company. We are looking for interns to join us on a 10-week program. This will be a hands on and in-person position.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field

• Rising senior or beyond at time of and have a graduation date between 12/2026 - 12/2027. All applicants should be returning to school at the end of their to continue their academic studies.

• Prior , collegiate project team, or laboratory experience

• Proficiency in programming such as Python or C++

• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $36—$38 USD

The MIL Corporation seeks a Senior Software Engineering Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, South Carolina location. As a member of the team, the successful candidate will support the operation of both domestic and overseas financial systems, including payroll, accounting, accounts receivable, disbursing, cash reconciliation, data warehouse, imaging, and Treasury reporting systems. This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Skills required:

- Over 5 years of experience in one of the domains: RTC protocols (WebRTC/RTP), Codecs(H.264, VP9, AV1), Network programming(TCP/UDP/Real time transmission), GPU programming (CUDA).
- Design, develop, and maintain RTC video streaming systems and infrastructure.
- Implement and optimize video encoding, decoding, and transmission protocols to ensure low latency and high reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and streaming quality issues.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, distributed streaming platforms.
- Experience with SQL and data engineering.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
