Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week.
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

You are accountable for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are also responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
