The Presales Solution Consultant is a subject matter expert in Speech Analytics, Quality and Customer Engagement. - Generating detailed business reports and action plans identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses within the customers/prospects operational and business processes clearly identifying where Verint can offer operational excellence and bring clear business advantage.

Overview:

Acting as a bridge between the growth team and technical experts, you will facilitate collaboration to design and articulate compelling, feasible, and scalable solutions. You're required to have this:

  • 10 years' experience as a technical lead within the Intelligence Community, MD or VA, in two or more of the following BlueHalo capability areas: TCPED software engineering, AI/ML, cloud design and architecture, user experience, or hardware engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Technical Volume Lead and/or Lead Author on proposals with a value >$100M.
  • Demonstrated experience interviewing technical SMEs to develop proposal solutions and effectively translate solutions into proposals.
  • Experience pricing technical solutions using various contract models including FFP, Cost Plus Completion, T&M, and Cost Plus LOE. P&L experience is a plus.
