This position is essential for maintaining quality of highly custom and complex products. In this role you will be able to work a flexible afternoon schedule. The hours will be 5am to 1:30 after we do an initial training period on an 8am-4:30pm schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Test and Inspect Low Voltage Switchboards and Panel boards to applicable standards
+ Use multi meter and electrical theory to verify power readings and circuit build to ensure accurate wiring and operation.
+ Use Hipot, test cart, hand tools and various other tools to aid in testing.
+ Use specialized software for testing/inspecting when required (i.e. Siemens WinPM, PowerConfig, Step 7, MicroWin, WinCC Flexible,SAP, etc).
+ Perform inspections/audits of electromechanical assemblies
+ Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities

**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience designing power systems for water, wastewater, industrial, federal, and transit facilities.

Familiar with industry and federal codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, NESC, IEEE, UFC, etc.)
Experience conducting power system analysis using software such as SKM Power Tools for Windows and ETAP.

**Skills and Abilities:**
Expert knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices. Advanced knowledge in design, calculations and design systems. **Qualifications**
