Primary Responsibilities
* Lead and grow our Higher Education practice, primarily in Texas, with a focus on the West Central region
* Shape the strategic direction of the practice across various western geographies, including California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington

* Hands-on leader with full life cycle project management experience and established university client relationships
* Experience leading 15-20 large higher education projects in the $30-50 million range, with several exceeding $250 million
* 10+ years designing and delivering innovative complex technical design projects for higher education clients including research laboratories (engineering, health science, biology, chemistry, etc.)
* 10+ years of management involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects, with examples of new construction project delivery from design through construction
* 10+ years of experience working as a licensed project architect
* Deep understanding of university client dynamics and the ability to navigate complex relationships
* Senior Project Managers with recent, relevant university projects and strong client relationships who are ready to step into a leadership role will also be considered.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Partner with Senior Culinary Consultant to drive account success by consulting on all aspects of culinary operations through analysis during on-site visits and providing recommendations for improvement.
+ Provide kitchen/operations assessment for account by collaborating with team members to build action plans and training to address short and long-term goals.
+ Collaborate, identify and recommend areas of continuous improvement for products, processes, and procedures in menu development and delivery for account.
+ Provide and deliver conclusions from culinary assessment to assist and implement account's business goals.
+ Demonstrate potential solutions including culinary, ideation, multi-task preparation, waste reduction, and presentation of product.
+ Assist account in establishing and executing strategic purchasing initiatives to drive revenues and contract utilization.
+ Provide reporting to measure impact of culinary activities for tracking, key performance indicators, and account review.
+ Serve as product knowledge expert for support and training staff in on new initiatives and skill enhancement.

**Qualifications**
+ Three plus years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training
