**Position Summary**
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. To meet the HCPs expectations, the TAS engages them with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue on and consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3.
The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs in private practice, medical groups practices, office staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact.
The TAS liaises with other BMS functions as needed to deliver an overall higher Customer Experience (Cx) - by meeting HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner. **Required Qualifications & Experience**

**Compensation Overview:**
Field - United States - US: $133,600 - $161,916
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. A Technical Specialist also makes sure customers are educated about repair options and Apple products and services.
Description
- Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient and high-quality repairs.
- Support customers having Apple product or software issues with care and empathy, using all tools and resources provided by Apple.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
- Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and other service concerns, and make sure that feedback is provided to Apple.
- Provide excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting product and service recommendations, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
You should have availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
