• These positions will require specific skills in roles such as Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding and Finishing, Ink mixer and Ink Jet Operators etc.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance

#supplychainjobs Minimum Qualifications Specialized roles will require specific qualifications to be met in order to compete for these position. Environmental, Health, and Safety position will require the following minimal requirement * 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in a safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice) Print Solutions Technical positions could require the following minimum requirement;

• 6 months experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing equipment/machinery (e.g. Folder, Collator, Inserter, Printing Press)
• Associate Degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience as a Walmart associate including experience operating Macintosh based systems and software OR 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist or graphic design professional preparing files for printing using Macintosh based systems

STaR technical or Lab positions could require the following minimal requirement;

• 1 year experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or related field.
• 2 years of work experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access and Word functions. 1 year experience developing programming code (for example, VB Script).

**The Role**
Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company. May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.
**Must Have**
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:
+ NNS Apprentice School graduate
+ Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
+ Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
+ Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
+ High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
+ High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
