**POSITION SUMMARY**
This position conducts and coordinates purchasing, ordering, inventory and other supply activities to provide for the timely acquisition of all materials and/or equipment and/or services for the medical center (or assigned departments) in accordance with purchasing policies, procedures, and contracts.
**CORE FUNCTIONS**
1. Conducts and coordinates the activities and processes of ordering, shipping, receiving and restocking functions for proper supply chain maintenance of assigned areas. Coordinates necessary product returns to corporate warehouse, vendor or other locations within the system.
2. Regularly takes and accounts for inventory of all goods in assigned areas. Monitors usage, shelf life and stock rotation for supply chain items. Conducts needs analysis and determines optimal inventory levels of each item. Works with laboratory management to determine and maintain appropriate stock levels for all goods according to standard processes. Tracks and maintains assigned equipment.
3. Maintains, updates, researches, and tracks shipping/receiving records as required/requested by laboratory management, Logistics, vendor partners, Purchasing, corporate warehouse and Accounts Payable. Identifies and informs laboratory management, Purchasing and corporate warehouse of significant changes in supply change trends for assigned areas. Makes necessary recommendations to laboratory management for changes to inventory in collaboration with corporate warehouse and Purchasing.
4. Uses material management information system (MMIS) for ordering, tracking, charging, and usage reporting. Updates MMIS system files and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Follows policies and procedures ensuring necessary controls are observed and adhered to and scheduled inventories are conducted in a timely and accurate manner. Assists in the training of colleagues assigned to other areas within the system.
6. Updates work processes toward continuous improvement for changing and growing facility needs for supply chain services. Represents Materials Management in a professional and courteous manner by providing excellent customer service skills. Acts as a supply chain professional resource to laboratory personnel and management.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Requires business, math and communications skills, knowledge and abilities as normally evidenced by an Associate's Degree in Business, Purchasing or Procurement, or equivalent experience and training.
+ Requires the knowledge normally acquired over two or more years' experience in supply chain management and/or the medical field, with a broad understanding of medical supplies, medical supply handling, and inventory management.
+ Requires effective verbal and written communication skills, leadership and human relations skills, and excellent customer service skills.
+ Requires keyboarding skills and the ability to use and maintain information, charges and reports in a materials management information system.
+ Requires extensive use of MicroSoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel.
+ Requires capability of working with attention to detail and required time management skills.
+ Must have a valid State Driver's License.

In this exciting role, as a Manager within the OAPI supply chain team, you will look to acheive operational goals while working cross-functionally across various departments to support development, planning, and implementation of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.

Planning
+ Manage demand planning meetings with internal business partners (Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Channel Strategy, etc.) gathering total demand for assigned responsibilities.

**Job Summary**
In this role, you will plan and prepare production schedules for the manufacture of device components for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and medical device companies. About The Role:
As a CBRE Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will develop and implement companywide strategic procurement platforms.
This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
What You'll Do:
+ Oversee the development of procurement systems and controls. This includes RFP documentation, work authorizations, purchase and change order systems, etc.
+ Guide the supplier and contractor certification process. This includes reviewing, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.
+ Prepare contracts with service providers by company standards.
+ Coordinate global sourcing processes and practices.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with national and global suppliers and contractors.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Demonstrated experience in contract administration, contract negotiation, quality assurance, and procurement management.
+ Experience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts management platforms.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret, and present complex data and/or documents.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Job Description
Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers, internal and external manufacturing, and the central hub. This leader will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. This role will plan and implement activities related to the timely, cost-effective global procurement, inventory control, and quality control of production materials.
The successful candidate will work with OEM suppliers, internal manufacturing, external manufacturers, the central hub partner, and Oracle teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull-in of open purchase orders, and drive improvement/optimization/automation of the supply chain. This leader is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of orders with robust, documented processes.
Job duties are varied and complex. The Supply Chain Senior Manager must be able to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. Key skills and abilities include: demonstrated leadership and people management skills, influencing, communication/presentation skills, complex/statistical data analysis, process improvement, problem-solving, and cross-functional team leadership. Prefer supply chain background, 4+ years relevant management experience and BS/BA degree.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers, internal manufacturing, external manufacturing, and the central hub
+ Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions and shortages
+ Recruit, select and onboard team members
+ Develop team members by providing coaching, counseling, opportunities for growth, and visibility to senior leadership
+ Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence
+ Monitor progress, provide feedback and evaluate team members' progress toward individual and group goals
+ Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
+ Ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at acceptable levels.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
+ Monitor operations at the OEMs, internal and external manufacturing, and the central hub ensuring transactions are accurate
+ Ensure purchase order dates are aligned with receipts and invoices are being paid on time
+ Coordinate with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory (e.g. carrying costs, cycle counts, etc.)
+ Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
+ May work with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external vendors to comply with inventory policies

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
