**Requirements**
+ High school diploma or equivalent perferred
+ One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
+ One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
+ One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
+ Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
+ Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

+ Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
+ Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
+ Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
+ Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
+ Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
+ Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
+ Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is for a Maintenance Support team member to manage the supply and parts inventory used for facility repairs and maintenance in our plastics manufacturing plant. This role is critical to ensuring that maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the maintenance team with timely access to required parts and tools.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
Track usage and reorder parts to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid downtime.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming maintenance materials and supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and delivery of parts.
Support maintenance technicians by preparing and staging parts for scheduled repairs.

Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures.

Under supervision of the Building Manager, the Stock Clerk has the following responsibilites:

  1. Receive, check-in, and place in storage all Commissary, produce and direct deliveries.
  2. Maintain proper rotation of products.
  3. Daily straightening and placing in order all stock on shelves in coolers, freezers and storage locations.
  4. Assist Managers, Cooks and Salad Persons in food pulls for the purpose of thawing and food preparation; placing items in proper storage/kitchen areas as directed.
  5. Assist in washing, sanitization, and restocking of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
  6. Be knowledgeable in proper use of detergents, chemicals, etc. used in pot washing, dish machine operation, and general cleaning.
  7. Wash, mop, and scrub floors/walls in storage, cooler, kitchen and trash holding areas.
  8. Recycle boxes and dispose of garbage.
  9. Assist in snow removal from loading docks, and entrance sidewalks.
  10. Maintain appearance and hygiene within stated Auxiliary Services and health department guidelines.
  11. Perform duties in accordance with established safety practices.
  12. Perform other similar or related tasks as requested by Manager.

This is a part-time 30 hr/wk, morning position, with a generous benefits package that includes leave time, retirement and insurance.

Required Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED; or Equivalent Military Service and training. Ability to lift one hundred (100) pounds. The ability to work cohesively on a team in a fun but fast-paced environment.
