KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Workday Supply Chain Management to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage onshore/offshore team that provides level 2/3 support activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement and road mapping activities
  • Operate as Supply Chain Management lead for all managed services engagements acting as the point of contact for escalations and work prioritizations; ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery and collaborate with clients to strategize and drive goals forward post-production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions; lead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of the Workday solution
  • Assist with onshore/offshore resource management, forecasting, and load balancing; assess skill levels and gaps and upskill team members as needed; identify strategies, risks, and opportunities to meet client needs and grow/improve the team
  • Lead SCM pillar by mentoring a team of Workday Supply Chain consultants; provide guidance, coaching, and support for team members; act as functional subject matter expert during sales and proposal activities as well as on KPMG Value Optimizations, assessing tenant to identify optimization opportunities for clients to realize value out of Workday investment
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients in area of Workday Supply Chain Management; minimum two years of recent experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Required Workday certification/skills in at least three of the following: Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Contracts, Accounts Payable/Supplier Accounts, and Advanced Reporting; please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesn't currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure them within three months from the commencement of employment
  • Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively; capability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the capacity to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
  • Experience in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management enhancements including process workflow, approvals and reporting

**SUMMARY**
Performs timely and accurate cycle counts of inventory, completes correct inventory adjustments and performs inventory control activities for the purpose of maintaining accuracy at the item and location level. Performs all duties safely, accurately and meets set productivity goals.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory including product information (lot tracking and date integrity), product condition (damage/spoilage), stock location (mis-picks), proper location and pick slotting and any other inventory status specification.
+ Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as required to provide correct information for planning and evaluation activities.
+ Communicate detailed information for any potential loss of inventory (expiration, temp issues, etc.) to Manager, Inventory Control or Director, Warehouse Operations to ensure timely action on volatile inventory.
+ Correct any product found in the incorrect storage location during cycle counts, complete a Quality Incident Packet indicating the associate who mis-located the product and provide to operations for associate follow up.
+ Research Lost Pallet Report and identify reason and validity of loss through a physical search of the warehouse. Determine required inventory adjustment and input data into WMS to provide accurate information for planning and evaluation activities. Complete a thorough review of product activity in WMS, RDC SUS, the opco incident database, and the regional adjustments database to ensure accuracy of the net position.
+ Retrieve, research and put away stray product.
+ Pull, process, load and complete outbound returns, donations, recalls, salvages and any other outbound product shipments as required.
+ Research catch weights on questionable receiving identified by the Administration Department, report data to the Administration staff to provide accurate information.
+ Review Overage, Shortage and Damage Forms (OS&D Form) completed by receivers for completeness and accuracy. Approve OS&D Forms after verification of information for accuracy and completeness.
+ Retrieve shelf life, product lot, product expiration data listed on the Short Shelf Life Report and the Received with Less Than Required Shelf Life Report and communicates to as appropriate.
+ Work effectively with immediate supervisor and operations to minimize warehouse shrink (product loss).
+ Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of assigned work area.
+ Report any safety issues to supervisor.
+ Observe and enforce all safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries.
+ Operate appropriate material handling equipment (MHE), such as forklifts, stock pickers and pallet jacks in a safe and orderly manner to eliminate accidents and injuries.
+ Ensure that MHE is maintained (perform daily inspection) and clean, report repair or service needs to supervisor to minimize equipment damage and down time.
+ Use warehouse computers and RF equipment in a safe and professional manner.
+ Understand and comply with all applicable company policies (i.e. attendance, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Associate Handbook, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Incumbent in this position is responsible keeping accurate counts and locations of product in the warehouse; staging items for other departments; rearranging product/racking to maintain room for target stock levels as they change; reporting inventory discrepancies to supervisor; verify, tag and put away product as it’s received; help other departments with warehouse related duties. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the company’s inventory is both accurate and up to date. The incumbent will coordinate among various groups to gather inventory information; for example, he/she will work with vendors to get current shipping records, details on expected incoming inventory, and verification of prior shipments. The Inventory Control Clerk also work with customer service professionals and other inventory personnel to give and receive updates on inventory-related issues. Inventory control clerks serve as the primary hub for inventory information and are expected to efficiently gather and distribute information in line with the company’s specific inventory management system or policies. Once accurate inventory has been taken, inventory control clerks address any overages or shortages to the direct supervisor. He/she will also communicate with warehouse personnel to prepare items for designate locations in the warehouse.   • Assist in JVL claims
  • Analyze, report and fix discrepancies in JVL and Carisam
  • Assist JVL Manager with product launches (control of receiving’s and Shipments, pictures, etc)
  • Process Credit Memos for JVL and Carisam
  • Assist doing transfer to JVL damaged area
  • Perform daily cycle count in JVL and report discrepancies
  • Staging items for other departments rearranging product/racking to maintain room for target stock levels as they change
  • Help other departments with warehouse related duties
  • Assist in all Inventory Cycle Counts/Physical Inventories of the company
  • Assist in the processing of all discrepancy transactions through the JD Edwards system
  • Assist in reporting of all cycle counts results
  • Assist in the maintenance of cycle count results history archives
  • Assist and learn to prepare the monthly State cigarette reports
  • Assist with the managing of all breakages in the warehouse
  • Work with Operations to analyze and determine causes of all discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain effective control over the physical product flow and accounting of inventory receiving, shipping and other inventory areas
  • Assist in auditing deliveries and shipments with packing slips and sales orders
  • Assist in processing in house damaged product, research as necessary for prevention
  • Assist in reconciliation of any and all inventory claims in the allotted time frame established
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Warehouse equipment, related field, or a combination of experience and education. Must have Forklift Certification and experience operating picker.

**Position Overview**
The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Specialist will perform the duties of cycle counting, which includes floor pick locations and verifying products in the warehouse reserve locations using the appropriate tools (computers, handheld devices, forms, etc.). Other functions may include completing product or lot and date code date verifications, auditing paperwork as well as handling obsolete inventory.

**Description**
+ Conduct accurate cycle count of inventory locations using the appropriate tools (computers, handheld devices, forms, etc.) in the warehouse and make system updates as required
+ Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory. Identified errors to be listed on the error log as directed by supervisor.
+ Validate dating of product in the warehouse and update as required
+ Daily audit of inbound receiving. Identify and complete root cause research of variances and report errors found to Operations partners.
+ Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal code to code transfers in the warehouse
+ Coordinate the handling of obsolete and at risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls) to include: identifying, communicating, adjusting and validating product
+ Research and resolve inventory variances

Responsibilities

  • Take necessary actions to control expense cost and ensure effective and efficient operation in store
  • Perform inventory maintenance including inventory movement, audits, shipping/receiving, RTV’s and transfers.
  • Effectively utilize POS system and inventory management functions to ensure maximum efficiencies in store.
  • Partner with store management in communicating and implementing any new policies, and procedures.
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with all security/loss prevention policies and procedures.

  • Ensure support staff demonstrate the skills necessary to provide a positive and rewarding client experience in all customer interactions


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years in an operational role within a customer service environment, prior management, luxury retail experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on motivating talent to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook


The expected base salary for this role is $30.00 - $34.00/hour.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and MRO/MRE Operations, proactively identifying solutions for material shortages and indirect procurement challenges. This role participates in production and material management meetings, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports timely asset availability through effective vendor management and procurement processes. Key objectives include increased asset utilization, inventory optimization, and improved financial performance. Responsibilities:

  • Align and execute global supply chain initiatives in support of business targets.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments to evaluate supply chain projects.
  • Support inventory management and maintain appropriate Min/Max levels aligned with MRE Operations.
  • Stay informed about market supply trends and conditions.
  • Research product options, perform price comparisons, and assess purchase timing.
  • Maintain a robust supplier network for parts and equipment.

Qualifications:
