Summary/Objective
Handle the receipt, documentation, and tracking of goods. Communicate with Inventory Manager regarding issues or status of merchandise. Be flexible to support changing priorities and needs.

Essential Functions

  1. Provide support for Inventory Supervisor
  2. Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
  3. Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
  4. Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
  5. Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
  6. Deliver or route materials to departments.
  7. Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.

Position Summary

Cycle count personnel perform a very important function as they are responsible for ensuring all warehouse storage locations are accurate by cycle counting multiple times during the year. This is an important function aligned with the company’s goal of keeping inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts. This position will also assist in ensuring POD personnel follow correct processes as well as receiving, transferring, and adjusting inventory.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing daily cycle counts triggered by out-of-stock items or incomplete transfer transactions.
  • Reconcile inventory by conducting research of system documents.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and correct discrepancy reports daily to maintain inventory.
  • Work with Inventory Control dept if quantity after research is still over allotted qty.
  • Perform audits on reported OOS and update log as needed.
  • Assist with receiving physical packing lists delivered to the Ensenada location and uploading the validated documents to the shared drive.
  • Analyze and reconcile duplicate entries reported the previous day.
  • Analyze and adjust inventory based on damage reports from the previous day.

  • Review and analyze assigned bins to identify any missing transactions or required adjustments
  • Participate in physical inventory preparations and on site counting as needed.
  • Flexibility in accepting new duties and aiding co-workers is expected.
  • Responsible for sending out daily end of shift report to ensure the following shift is aware of any pending task or project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of warehouse clerk, cycle counter and/or receiving experience
  • Intermediate Excel and Outlook knowledge with experience using WMS systems
  • Knowledge of warehouse flow & inventory reconciliation practices.
  • Detail orientated and kept accurate records
  • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with various types of personnel

Job Tasks and Business Decisions:

  • Contact person for customers regarding managing national and international shipments (Ex, warehouse or drop shipments) and general customer communication
  • Order Management – PO acceptance, confirmation of shipping date
  • Review inventory to match outbound orders and forecasted sales
  • Receive inventory into our internal ERP system, assist with EOM inventory as needed
  • Update and manage outbound order reports to customers, and provide updates as needed
  • Review inventory levels, support the Supply Chain Manager and Business Management with inventory replenishment
  • Process customer orders and draft shipping documents under country-specific requirements, as well as national and international laws and regulations
  • Forward shipment confirmations and shipping documents to customers for all completed orders
  • Assist accounting with invoicing (goods receipt) of all completed orders
  • Handle freight inquiries and coordinate with carriers and forwarders regarding loading and delivery dates; arrange freight coverage, manage carrier relationships, and independently onboard new carriers and brokers, including completing the required setup documentation.
  • Participate in periodic relationship reviews (audits, order accuracy, etc)
  • Assume responsibility for order issues and questions that arise after the Cincinnati office closes for the day, and provide support where needed on both the bulk and warehouse side
  • Provide excellent service to our various customers, carriers, facilities, and business partners


Required Experience regarding the Job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • An Associate's Degree or High School Diploma may be considered with adequate, relevant experience in a similar or related field (3+ years)
  • Customer Service, Data entry experience, and Inventory management experience
  • Warehouse/Terminal order fulfilment, inventory replenishment experience
  • Good math aptitude, strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Independently motivated to produce results
  • Must have strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills, complemented by an organized and structured way of working, a proactive and accountable mindset, and openness to digital tools and data-driven decision making.

**Job Overview:**
Our Product Supply team is responsible for all direct and indirect manufacturing of products. Whether it's sourcing ingredients, manufacturing our pods, or negotiating with our suppliers, the team works collaboratively across US Plants, Switzerland, and Asia to provide the freshest and highest quality products to our consumers.
As a Supply Planner you will work with Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing, and Operations partners to create effective production and fulfillment plans of medium complexity with minor supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing sites or distribution centers are aligned to production and fulfillment plans and communicate supply constraints back to the organization. You will also develop weekly/monthly supply plans as an input to the S&OP process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various department reporting and ad-hoc requirements related to the products they manage.

**Position Responsibilities**
+ Review and revise production and fulfillment plans as required by changes in the sales forecast or manufacturing schedules
+ Act as a liaison between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, & Marketing and functions, communicating and troubleshooting issues, problems, and concerns
+ Continuously review the sales forecast, analyzes production plans and inventory reports, availability / requirements for long lead time items to provide production guidance to the manufacturing sites.
+ Generate a receipts plan to the 3PL partners to support warehouse capacity and resource planning.
+ Assist in the expediting finished goods, when necessary, to support customer order fulfillment.
+ Recommend and implement production and transportation actions when products are in out-of-stock or allocation situations.
+ Aid management/departments on matters related to production or fulfillment planning and forecasting.
+ Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.

Cycle Counts:
-Maintain inventory accountability. Perform cycle counts on all items on a monthly basis
-Perform spot checks as needed in case of discrepancies
Warehouse Activities:
-Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, manual/electric pallet jacks, and scrubber. Load and unload material utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment
-Accurately maintain daily check sheets on equipment
-Milk-run: Support daily and weekly Milk runs (Including be not limited to: RFPC Hardware/Production consumables/Critical Maintenance spares/Calibration gases)
-Quality inspection: Items that need inspection must be addressed, segregated and put away in a timely manner
-Maintenance Spares: once received, Maintenance items must be stored in a timely manner
-System movements: any parts being moved from one warehouse to another (Fiber, Hardware, Maintenance items, Repair items,.) have to be transferred in the system (SAP) as well
-WB torque tubes: Ensure physical deliveries of torque tubes to WB
-Work orders: prepare any needed items for Production and Maintenance work orders
-Shipment Requests (SAP Purchase orders and SharePoint): prepare, package, weight and measure items to be sold for Logistics
Communications:
-Communications with Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, Welcome Center, Quality and Logistics must be clear and detailed.
-Management of dock hours drop-offs, pick-ups and refusals per policy
-Call and Log for Trash dumpster/Scrap Metal switch outs
-Assist with Recyclables and Waste steams as needed (i.e. Achille Bayart, Shamokin, Wisdom,.)
