This position requires a well-rounded individual who can bridge the gap between technical analysis and practical application within the supply chain domain. This position is responsible for analyzing complex business intelligence data to inform business decisions by evaluating datasets, creating reports, dashboards and extracts for a variety of needs. This position is responsible for all aspects of the Business Intelligence (BI) development lifecycle, including the integration of new data sources, extraction and visualization of data, along with quality assurance of data.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as subject matter expert for all reports and dashboards.
- Plays leading role in creating reports and dashboards and completing analytics and recommendations using established tools and centralized data models while creating and/or following applicable standards, policies and procedures.
- Performs analytics.
- Responsible for overall quality of the department's reports, analysis and dashboards.
- Maintains expertise with analytics for assigned departments, including associated centralized data models, applications, tools, workflows, customers, competitors, professional organizations, and regulations.
- Maintains regular communication with teams to stay up-to-date with upcoming regulations, value-based programs, workflow changes or software upgrades that may impact reports, analysis, dashboards or centralized data models.
- Collects BI data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources; when needed, documents specifications and works closely with BI Developers to add data to centralized data models.
- Designs and develops templates for reports and dashboards that share consistent branding, look and feel. Promotes use of these templates and ensures compliance.
- Ensures sensitive data is displayed, delivered and secured properly.
- Provides analysis, insights and recommendations to leaders throughout the company.
- Mentors Analysts in content presentation and delivery.
- Documents mappings for automated data extracts for the department following applicable standards, governance, documentation, policies and procedures.
- Maintains expertise with Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) and industry standards for reporting, analysis, dashboards, and data extracting.
- Plays leading role in enforcing BI standards, policies and procedures within the department. Assists with maintenance of these standards.
- Responsible for proactive monitoring of all reports, analysis, recommendations, dashboards and data extracts for the department. Leverages expertise to troubleshoot more challenging issues, performs root cause analysis, and takes preventive actions.
- Creates and maintains test scripts, analytics and algorithms for validation and integrated testing. Responsible for testing efforts, including making sure that existing reports and extracts continue to work well after workflow changes or software upgrades.
- Plays leading role in developing documentation related to the analytics assets of the department, including data catalogs, data dictionaries, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and data model diagrams. Helps promote and shares available information and resources throughout MHS through training and workshops. Actively participates in local user groups or meetings. Responsible data steward driving data and reporting governance, standardization, management and documentation.

- Complexity of Work: The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills. The incumbent must have expertise building complex SQL queries with or without the use of reporting and/or dashboard tools. The incumbent must be proficient with MHS analytics tools and applications including SSRS, Tableau and/or Pyramid.

REASON TO BE
- Guarantee the agreed service rates in the resorts and with suppliers in terms of supply, availability and stock level to ensure optimal resort activity.
- Train and maintain a procurement and forecasting team based in Office and resorts.
- Manage the logistics of the resorts on his perimeter, including operational management of the Warehouse Supervisors (VLS) and their assistant (VLC) on site.
- Support the resorts in the change management.
- Ensure the homogenization of processes and best practices within his team and the resorts in his perimeter
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with operating agreements.
- Manage and lead the relationship with suppliers in collaboration with his manager and Purchasing department.
- Be the privileged interlocutor of the resorts and offices for all subjects related to the supply chain on his/her perimeter.
- Animate reviews of performance, procurement, logistics, operational processes.
GENERAL MISSIONS
MANAGE the SUPPLIES AND THE FORECAST OF THE RESORTS
- Supervise, challenge and optimize supply plans with teams for the entire Supply Chain including 2 logisticians and 4 Procurers/Demand Planners
- Coordinate and synthesize consumption forecasts.
- Secure resort openings and closures.
- Oversee and guarantee:
- Resort service rates
- Contractual agreements signed with freight forwarders.
- Club Med's Purchasing & Supply Chain procedures,
- Food safety standards (ex: Hurricane products to buy)
- Ensure the monitoring, management and optimization of the logistic flows of his/her entire perimeter, including leading the Mise en Place campaigns for PMH orders twice a year.
- Communicate with the departments concerned: Operations, Buyers, Products & Services department, about:
- Forecasts, service rates, disruptions
- The budget monitoring, value of stocks.
- Ongoing improvement plans.
- Manage and optimize the performance of suppliers in conjunction with his manager and in cooperation with the referent buyers:
- Organize regular meetings with suppliers with a view to continuous improvement and integration of our supply chains
- Animate the feedback of the procurers about the suppliers: disputes to be registered in the database of incidents in Coupa
- Follow and provide solutions on the handling of disputes with suppliers
- Organize performance reviews with suppliers, Warehouse Supervisors, Operations, Buyers.
IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF LOGISTICS SERVICE OF THE resorts in on going basis
- Manage the resort logistics activity: indicators of management and assessment resort (using tools like Coupa and Power Bi)
- Organize all onboarding, training, seminars and other sessions necessary for resorts in collaboration with the International Supply chain Team (called GPS team), Training Team called UDT, Purchasing, .
- Regularly carry out monitoring points of the resort activity (risks, blocking points, areas for improvement, malfunctions suppliers .)
- Ensure compliance and consistency of procedures and best practices.
- Organization of storage spaces and inventory management
- Logistics processes.
- Compliance with the operating agreement
- Be in support of the teams in case of malfunctions in the resorts
Reporting & DIAGNOSTIC supply
- Ensure the reporting of his/her activities by setting up and communicating dashboards developed with its manager (stock levels, order volumes, incidents, operational risks, monitoring of objectives, management of resort teams, .)
- Regularly present his/her activity, especially during training reviews.
- Lead and draw diagnoses carried out at each trip to the resort then propose and follow the improvement plans : organization, logistics processes, inventories, infrastructure, equipment, KPI and dashboard.
Construction projects /renovation projects
- Participate in renovation / construction projects related to buyers and procurers.
- Lead the supply chain teams to provide the right recommendations regarding infrastructure and equipment needs.
- Maintain the infrastructure and equipment repository on behalf of construction.
- Animate the supply chain teams to plan and prepare the openings of new resorts: setting up teams, training, creation of product catalogs, placing of installation orders, capacity calculation and smoothing of loads, follow-up of deliveries, reception .
CATALOG MANAGEMENT AND PROCURE-TO-PAY TOOL Management (Coupa):
- Supervise the 2 Logisticians in charge of the updating of Suppliers catalogs in Coupa
- Guarantee and complete/correct, if necessary, the logistic data in Coupa related to the warehouse and stock.
- Ensure with Buyers the accuracy of Data
- Train his/her team in COUPA use and fully use the functionalities to improve business, including the use of Power Bi for KPIs analysis
- Be the privileged interlocutor of the resorts and the Purchasing team on COUPA.

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective planning of inventory, materials, and production to meet customer demand while optimizing costs and service levels. This role collaborates with suppliers, procurement, operations, and logistics teams to develop and execute planning strategies that support business objectives.
A Typical Day
- Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability in line with demand forecasts.
- Analyze demand trends and adjust planning parameters to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to manage purchase orders, lead times, and replenishment strategies.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, providing supply input and analysis to support decisions.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align supply plans with operational capabilities.
