Primary Responsibility :
Assists in maintaining an accurate record of inventory. Assists in preventing and resolving inventory discrepancies.
What You'll Do :
• Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify and report on any safety concerns.
• Conduct regular inventory counts (i.e. cycle counts and full physical inventories). Record count results and discrepancies. Communicate count results to Management and/or the Customer as needed.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies including, but not limited to: researching customer claims, cycle count for missing product, adjust inventory quantities, print labels, handle damaged inventory, disposing of inventory.
• Update inventory and inventory discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System including processing adjustments.
• Assist with special projects, handling customer specific requests.
• Report on operational errors impacting inventory performance.
• Other inventory related duties as requested.
What Experience and Education You Need :
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one to three years' office experience or equivalent training and experience.
• Experienced with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Forklift license

The Workday Supply Chain System Administrator is responsible for IT level oversight and maintenance related to item master, procurement and strategic sourcing. Works closely with the Supply chain and finance functional areas as the technical resource to analyze, suggest and troubleshoot issues and new requests. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a member of the Digital & Technology Solutions department partnering with Supply Chain areas to support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts and Strategic Sourcing
Develop and implement best practices for Workday system use, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
Gather feedback from users, analyze workflows, and implement enhancements or customizations to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Perform complex Workday configuration changes, create test scripts, and test.
Research, design, test and implement configuration changes resulting in process improvements.
Serve as a lead subject matter expert for Workday Supply Chain products and apply knowledge to maintain effective system utilization and efficiency.
Manage Workday semi-annual releases and regular updates for Supply Chain modules.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues, coconsciously seek opportunities to enhance system process and improve user experience.
Facilitate change management processes, including the development of release management communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans for financial products.
Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot escalated issues and system outages. Perform root cause analysis and exercise appropriate problem resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop internal training materials to be used to educate functional and end users on Workday Supply Chain functionality.
Stay apprised of Workday releases and new features, assess impacts and recommend adoption strategies.
Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to drive the product roadmap.
Provide mentorship and direction to junior members of the technical team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
7+ years' Workday Supply Chain development, configuration, reporting, product support, implementation or related experience and training required
Prior functional Supply Chain and healthcare industry experience required
