Part of a national aerospace and defense operating company, our partner develops and manufactures precision, mission-critical components. The organization has quickly expanded to becoming one of the largest privately held manufacturers in the industry.
To support this growth, our partner is seeking an innovative Materials & Supply Chain Manager working directly with senior leadership, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee the procurement and management of materials used in mission-critical applications. Using strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the Manager will lead ERP optimization and strategy planning, managing a complex supply chain. The ideal candidate is a change driver who can help drive improvements within the site within the planning / materials functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build cross-functional partnerships by applying product and manufacturing process expertise
- Leverage and enhance MRP/ERP systems to drive supply chain improvements and efficiency across the manufacturing footprint
- Develop and manage production and material schedules, including purchased parts, outside processing, and customer VMI replenishment
- Oversee S&OP planning to align supply, demand, and capacity with business objectives
- Optimize inventory levels to support production efficiency, reduce costs, and meet working capital targets
- Improve shipping, receiving, transport, and inventory processes to reduce waste and increase throughput
- Lead with urgency, ownership, and clear communication to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- 5+ years of MRP experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in inventory management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Certification such as ISM or APICS preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field required
- MBA with concentration in Supply Chain Management preferred

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing key areas such as material planning, scheduling, and procurement activities to support our U.S. Government customer requirements while meeting company objectives. **Your Role Accountabilities.**
Category Management

+ Can apply various types of financial analyses to address Strategic Sourcing challenges.

Negotiations, Contract Creation & Management
+ Develops and conducts negotiations strategies to maximize value to WM across price, service and quality elements.
+ Has the necessary business acumen to be thoroughly conversant in the intent and rationale behind contract provisions from a business as well as legal perspective, and acts as a liaison between the contracting parties, WBD Legal, and management.
+ Recognizes differences in requirements and strategies across business units and coaches others to use that understanding to optimize WBD protection/advantages.

**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ 2-4 years strategy, operations and sourcing experience in a sophisticated sourcing environment with demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management experience.
+ Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry with exposure to film, television, and live production is strongly preferred.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a technical major is required.
+ Professional accreditation in sourcing / procurement preferred.

As the strategic leader for this global content platform, you will partner with the distribution platform to power a transformation of Warner Bros. **Position Summary:**
As the Staff PM-T for Media Workflows and Distribution within the Media Supply Chain , you will serve as a key contributor and thought leader for how WBD will scale to meet the numerous distribution requirement s and unique partner configurations throughout WBD's content distribution business. You will work with Media Supply Chain engineering, Product Management, Media Logistics, Content Operations, and other stakeholders to define the strategy and build the platforms to create cutting-edge workflows for the acquisition, enrichment, and distribution of WBD's content to a global audience of hundreds of millions.
You are an accomplished product manage r and have experience with end-to-end cinematic and television workflows. You are an expert on how the media industry is evolving to enhance these workflows using powerful new tools, and you have direct experience working with or within major media companies who source and deliver the assets required to fulfill content to linear, direct-to-consumer, and licensees across multiple lines of business. You are a data-driven leader who understands how to invent and deploy new metrics to measure the success of our strategies, and use those metrics to prioritize a wide range of rapidly-evolving operational needs in a fast-paced startup environment. Lastly, you are a highly independent and self-directed individual who is comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous situations, proactively identifying opportunities and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
**Responsibilities**
+ Empathize with a wide stakeholder group to identify use cases, prioritize the business's needs, and drive successful implementation and adoption with operational teams.
+ Drive the right north-star strategy, vision, and OKRs with the need to meet short-term business objectives in order to scale the number of reachable distribution partners across SVOD, TVOD, AVOD and Linear.
+ Work with production management teams, operations, media logistics , marketing, and merchandising teams to conceive of, resource, and build features that simplify workflows and enable rapid global expansion, with a "hands off the wheel" approach
+ Engage with engineering teams within Media Supply Chain and the Global Video Platform to build alignment around a vision for WBD's in house distribution platform and drive adoption across WBD's internal tools
+ Successfully iterate and improve upon the tools described above to enable Warner Bros. Discovery to rapidly improve its slate of existing and upcoming digital products around the world
**Requirements**
+ Ideal candidates will have familiarity with Movielabs Digital Distribution Framework or Cablelabs VOD content specifications
+ You have experience working with commercial and external partnership teams and have demonstrated customer relationship and account management skills, including the ability to influence key technology decisions and robustly defend WBD's interests
+ You have experience working on global software deployments with localization and regional complexity
+ You have a deep understanding of media workflows, content management systems, and direct-to-consumer services, and you take pride in knowing where the industry is going next
+ You have top-notch written and verbal communication skills, and are equally comfortable working with engineering teams and presenting your team's work to executive leadership at all levels
+ You take a phased approach to delivering software. Iteration is in your nature.
+ 5+ years of product management experience and collaborating with software engineering teams to deliver complex initiatives spanning multiple teams under deadline pressure
+ You ideally have demonstrated experience working in major media production company or SVOD service
+ BS/MS in Computer Science or experience in a related technical field
