**Job Responsibilities:**
+ **Inventory Management**
+ Execute the cycle count process and assist management by overseeing all aspects of inventory control and audit functions, including monitoring daily activities, reconciling shipping and receiving discrepancies, and reviewing problematic transactions.
+ Conduct physical counts of products, such as cycle counts, aisle checks, and vintage verification, following instruction from leadership.
+ Implement inventory control procedures and follow established best practices by reviewing inventory movements and trends.
+ Track physical counts to identify trends and assist in determining products that can be removed from forward pick locations, ensuring items with the highest velocity are easiest to pick.
+ Ensure the accurate logging of products and timely verification of inventory.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting**
+ Compile operational data for analysis and present findings to leadership.
+ Report daily productivity results and areas of opportunity to management.
+ **Issue Resolution**
+ Investigate issues such as driver shorts, damage, mispicks, pick omits, returns, and other invoice delivery problems under the supervision of the warehouse management.
+ Support the returns process by placing bottles and cases in designated storage locations.
+ **Compliance & Process Adherence**
+ Complete the delivery driver check-in process promptly and in compliance with warehouse operations guidelines.
+ Follow directions and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
+ **Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product**
+ **Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inventory or warehouse environment
+ Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
+ Skilled in the use Excel, with a basic understanding of formulas and the ability to work with large data sets.
+ Proficient analytic and reporting skills.
+ Able to perform basic math calculations accurately and frequently
+ Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
+ Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

This **Inventory Control Specialist** will performs inventory control tasks associated with tracking and accounting for all materials on the production floor. Uses powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and turret trucks, to assist with material movements, cycle counting, inventory issue resolution, and product discards. Must be fluent in excel, and master data ERP data systems (Oracle knowledge is a plus).
**SUPERVISION EXERCISED**
Working directly with Operations supervisors, material handlers, Quality control and warehouse operators.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsible for managing the counts and reviewing inventory issues and taking the lead with root cause analysis to prevent those issues from reoccurring. Will proactively advise Team Leads, Supervisors and Managers of inventory trends and provide input into process improvement opportunities in managing materials. Effectively communicates issues and potentially with other departments (i.e. Procurement, Engineering, and quality).
+ Use judgment regarding location and storage, methods of movement, and release of material
+ Demonstrate the capability to support new product development and materials outside of Oracle.
+ Manage the inventory counts and assesses discrepancy reports provided by others in the materials group.
+ Manage all Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance reviews
+ Collect and input data which will be assessed for trends and implement any corrective actions
+ Execute material movements in support of business priorities or assigned activities
+ Help with tracking MRB material as needed and work with Quality to ensure locations/counts are correct.
+ Work with MRB coordinator to discard expired products, product samples and scrap material.
+ Collaborates with Procurement on Raw and WIP Inventory safety stocks, managing trends, replenishments or reductions.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Position Summary:**
This role is responsible to support the Inventory Control functions to assure inventory accuracy within the facility. These responsibilities include inventory counting, product attribute maintenance, maintaining product dating standards, outbound pallet auditing, and facilitating slot placement of items in the warehouse.
**Here's what you'll do:**
+ Support the inventory process in the Distribution Center through counting, auditing of outgoing customer orders, system data maintenance, etc. Adjust inventory accordingly to maintain accuracy while ensuring compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
+ Coordinate with various departments: Buying, Accounting, Shipping, Receiving, Transportation, System Administration, outside carriers, and product vendors to ensure correct and accurate inventory.
+ Prepare inventory related reports and verify inventory balances/records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify shortages and discrepancies and research inaccuracies within inventory levels.
+ Assist in monitoring the slotting of product and the layout of warehouse to optimize efficiency.

+ Identify, research, correct and communicate receiving inventory errors to Accounting and/or Inventory Supervisor.

As a **Senior SAP Application Consultant, Materials Management/Warehouse Management** you will lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP Sourcing/Procurement and Warehouse management solutions.
You will be the functional lead in this work stream. Strong skills are required to implement SAP Sourcing and Procurement / Warehouse Management functionality (previously referred to as MM/WM modules). You will be required to configure solutions within the S/P workstream to include but not limited to: direct/indirect procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, contracts, sourcing events, and invoice verification and management. Additionally, you will be required to configure supply chain functionality such as: inbound/outbound deliveries, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, and warehouse structure components.
Other key activities would be: document client requirements and map to appropriate SAP solutions. Configure the SAP solution and perform thorough testing. Identify system functional gaps which could require system enhancements, while encouraging fit to standard approach as much as possible. Test the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfillment of meeting all requirements. Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution. Support end users during hyper care immediately after go-live. Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement. Support presales team with activities such as proposal development and demos of functionality. Ability to provide realistic estimations of efforts related to proposed solutions. **Qualifications:** Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience; 5+ years SAP project implementation or Master's degree and 3 years of experience; 2+ years leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or production support; 2+ years integration experience with other process areas; Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role with a focus on SAP projects; Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA); Proficiency in industry or business process modeling and documentation; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

As a Team Partner in the Production/Off-Service Department you will be working as a team to aid the process of validating customer returns and controlling inventory. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

**What you'll be doing:**
+ Facilitate check-in processes for customer products being returned from Service routes
+ Review and appropriately process all items returned to Route Service Representatives (RSRs) from customers
+ Communicate with RSRs to ensure all documentations for returned items are received
+ Work with RSRs to address and resolve discrepancies between actual returns andpaperwork
+ Remove products from customer invoices and processing credits to customer accounts, when necessary
+ Account for and verify that undelivered products are returned to inventory
+ Maintain records of off-service products
+ Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner
+ Ensure compliance with company policies
+ Manage and perform the verifying processes, as directed.
+ Provide monthly activity reports
+ Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
+ Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
**Qualifications**
**What we're looking for:**
+ High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
+ Must be at least 18 years of age or older
+ Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
+ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
+ Strong time management and organization skills
+ Strong conflict management skills
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Inventory and Control Coordinator B to join its team of qualified, diverse individuals to support its organization. This position is located in Baltimore, MD.
Primary Function
Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued. Requisition needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order. Process administrative receipts. Pulls materials from bins, adhering to special handling requirements. Consolidates and verifies all outbound material for accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Performs bin checks as required to validate inventory counts. Assists in shelf-life process and coordinates with lab personnel to ensure adherence to requirements. Maintains good communication across various departments and vendors. Identifies areas of process improvement with a focus on digital transformation.
Tools and Equipment
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, precision parts counting scale, x-ray parts counter, and other electronic manufacturing equipment as needed. Temperature control equipment for temperature-sensitive material. Storage and retrieval systems (such as VLM, Autostores). Tools such as measuring tapes, heat and vacuum sealers, etc. CADSTAR, MPLM software.
Materials
Sensitive electronic components, hazardous materials, temperature-sensitive electronic components (including sub-freezing handling), shelf-life, secured material, classified material, moisture-sensitive material, batch-managed material, bulk material intake and movement.
Working Procedure and/or Responsibilities Assigned :
Dock management loading and unloading of material, including proper maintenance and handling of sensitive electronic components, hazardous material, secured and classified material, and other specialized material handling as required.
Receiving - Verify packing slip to validate purchase order and line item, material received and quantity, packaging, and delivery condition; process receipt transactions as required.
Put-Away / Re-induction Bin materials based on special handling requirements, size and dimension, and current inventory.
Picking Pull material from designated locations as directed by paperwork. Enter system transactions throughout the process to maintain accurate material tracking.
Consolidating Audit pulled material by checking part marking, part number, batch validation (if applicable), quantity, and packaging. Ensure all material is present and accounted for prior to processing to next step.
Inventory Management Perform DCMA cycle-counts, troubleshooting and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Order Management Convert planned orders, create kits, request labels, and maintain production orders to latest revision as directed.
Provide assistance to other coordinators as assigned.

Education Requirement(s):
Associate degree; or,
In lieu of an associates degree, sixty (60) credit hours, including at least nine (9) credit hours in Math, Science, and/or IT courses, and three years experience in Inventory Management, Production Control, and/or Receiving in a warehouse/manufacturing environment; or,
In lieu of associate's degree or credit hours, six (6) years experience in Inventory Management, Production Control, and/or Receiving in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Experience Requirement(s)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications, with an emphasis on Excel. MRP/ERP business experience (SAP preferred) and
Three years of experience in Inventory Management, Production Control, and/or Receiving in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Other Requirements:
Must acquire globally recognized ASCM Warehouse Certificate or ASCM Certification (either Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Certification (CSCP)) within twelve (12) months of employment.
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate level of security clearance.
