**The opportunity**
Our Supply Chain Management Consultants are valued members of the EY team using a structured project methodology to define, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This is a client-facing role requiring a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for helping with the entire design of our clients' ERP systems to determine business requirements and help our clients achieve successful implementations.

+ Minimum of 1 full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations (Analysis through Deployment)
+ Minimum of 2 years implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, and / or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $87,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 122,900 to 213,400. **What you'll do:**
This position within Eaton's growing Aerospace Interconnect division is responsible for managing key Supply Chain related functions such as materials planning, scheduling and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material purchasing, inventory control and warehousing, shipping and receiving. Manages and directs supply chain personnel in the procurement, receipt, disbursement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels. Is expected to train and educate direct reports on the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools to ensure timely and economical completion of customer requirements.
**_The essential functions of this position include the following:_**
- Manage and direct supply chain personnel in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels
- Manage current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of customer requirements
- Ownership of the Production Plan from S&OP monthly process derived from the sales forecast
- Establish with team standard work and Attainment of SCM KPIs
- Work with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost out programs
- Serve as member of the plant's senior management team and provides leadership and support for all local, division and corporate initiatives and objectives
- Analyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal Supply Chain execution
- Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are utilized in order execution systems (SAP) to ensure proper order generation and inventory balances
- Manage material cost and schedule impact of proposed engineering changes in addition to taking necessary action to ensure successful implementation and incorporation of approved engineering releases
- Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts. Manages inventory levels in order to meet established inventory & Day-on-Hand targets
- Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory to assure the timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory levels that are beneficial to the overall operation of the company
- Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's vision, encourages continuous improvement while aligning with supply chain functional requirements (i.e. Materials Management Assessment)

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The OR Supply Chain Technician is responsible for ordering, and stocking all supplies within the OR, reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max inventory levels, picking scheduled surgical cases, as well as emergency supply requests. The OR Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU and Non-POU areas according to the pre-defined schedule.
**What you will do in this role:**
+ Order, receive, deliver, and put-away all OR supplies in an accurate and timely manner, and deliver to appropriate department(s), and perform QA random checks on totes per policy.
+ Perform inventory management for the OR. Evaluate the appropriate Min/Max levels, reviews Min/Max for storeroom stock daily. If applicable, count PAR level areas (POU areas) according to schedule Process returns appropriately per policy.
+ Perform case picking for both scheduled, add-on, and emergent cases.
+ Ensure items have the appropriate MedTag barcodes, rotate stock to ensure no items are out of date, perform expiration checks according to policy, react appropriately to stock outs.
+ If applicable, provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions, and concerns for non POU areas ensure items are cross referenced in Optiflex. Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position.
