The roles and responsibilities of the Deliver Portfolio Management Lead include but are not limited to the following:
Purpose of Position
The Deliver Portfolio Management Lead serves as the Portfolio Lead for North America within the IMSC. This role focuses on creating value by governing the DELIVER portfolio of priorities and processes, providing a strong linkage between global performance and regional deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and monitor performance and portfolio health for capital investments, operating expenses, and savings projects in NA Deliver.
Support strategic planning initiatives for the NA Deliver region.
Ensure data integrity in Planisware as a reliable source of truth.
Oversee budget preparation cycles for the deliver portfolio in relation to LRFP and various business cycles.
Manage DELIVER NA portfolio reporting and business analytics to provide visibility on status, progress, and resource affordability.
Lead monthly regional portfolio governance meetings to review projects for stage gate approval.
Utilize intelligent automation and analytic tools for workflow and reporting enhancement.
Act as the segment portfolio expert, compiling project milestones and conducting data analysis for key governance forums.
Identify project execution risks proactively and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
Drive continuous process improvements within the Global Deliver Portfolio team.
Cultivate relationships and facilitate communication across global, regional, and cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or a focused degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, and/or Operations is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment required.
Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence others in a complex matrix organization.
Ability to act decisively and highlight risks with limited information.
Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and take ownership of deliverables.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company.
Proven track record of successfully supporting a portfolio of projects and working knowledge of project portfolio management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Finished Product Distribution: Ensure a smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments by implementing an efficient end to end tracking system. Ensure receipt appointments of inbound trucks. - Provide, Run and analyze month to end reports for Business unit performance.

- DSCSA – EPCIS compliance. Monitoring and solving inbound and outbound disruptions.
Specific Responsibilities:
We seek a highly motivated individual with analytical capabilities and pharmaceutical experience (Biological Product in preference) to be part of our commercial operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible to ensure customer orders delivery on time. Perform cycle counts in case any order discrepancy
- Minimize and resolve claims within one week. Implement root cause analysis to avoid discrepancies in the future.
- Approve and follow up returns from customers and work with finance for credit request submission.
- Prepare monthly supply chain reports by showing inventory value, turn over, cost per unit, short date / expired, damages and on time In Full order.
- Provide weekly report of inbound status of Biosimilar products, quality, customs hold, in transit.

**Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L)** is where you'll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working "from farm to shelf," you'll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
Primary Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Logistics Intern are:
+ **Product Supply** - Product Supply interns work at field sites as Site Logistics Planners. This position serves as the point person for inventory coordination for all product categories in each Distribution Center.
+ **Customer Service** - Our Customer Service interns take on the real-life role of a Customer Service Coordinator. Most interns are assigned to either a deduction, credit, or order management role. Deduction interns, in partnership with Sales, will effectively be managing the day-to-day of customer deductions. Credit co-ops determine account's financial strength and credit worthiness by analyzing financial statements. Finally, Order Management interns will be assigned a specific wholesale/ retail account. These interns will process and manage the life of orders on a daily basis.
+ **Logistics Operations** - Interns will gain a specific understanding of the Transportation and Distribution networks within Mondelēz International, including the flow of product movements from origin to destination. Interns will have exposure to the Load Control Center, Private Fleet and the Transportation Expense and Audit Control group.
+ **Branch Operations** -Support day-to-day operations in our Direct Store Delivery branches including order/route management, inventory & warehouse management, linking with internal and external stakeholders to support customers/operations and leading project work to achieve safety, service, and cost goals.
**Requirements and Preferred Qualifications**
+ Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration.
+ Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.

**Compensation**
