The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative functions within the organization’s business units, including Donated Goods & Retail (DGR), Goodwill Staffing Services (GSS). This role serves as the primary point of contact for payroll and time record queries from GSS customers and team members. The Administrative Support Specialist also provides administrative and operational support to the DGR business unit by assisting with inventory management as well as procurement and purchasing related functions. The Administrative Support Specialist collaborates closely with the Accounting Department to communicate information while performing the position’s day-to-day administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Finalizes time records for GSS team members ahead of payroll processing. Contacts GSS team members and site administrators when work hours are pending submission or approval.
- Supports GSS customers and team members by researching and implementing solutions to payroll-related queries and issues.
- Trains new GSS team members in the use of Goodwill’s systems for the purpose of submitting time records and time-off requests.
- Requests the processing of manual payroll checks resulting from unsubmitted work hours or missing time sheets. Reviews information with the appropriate site administrator/time record approver and the GSS team member to ensure accurate payment. Prepares supporting documentation for the manual payroll checks.
- Communicates with the Accounting Specialist regarding pay-related discrepancies to ensure that client billing is accurately reconciled.
- Assists the Goodwill Staffing Service Team with on-boarding and off-boarding processes for GSS team members.
- Provides administrative support to the DGR business unit by assisting with procurement functions, including conducting research for procurement requests, preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating delivery of items or services with vendors, monitoring order status, and maintaining procurement records in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Handles inventory management and conducts audits of supply orders to determine stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Prepares reports and presentations for executive and leadership team members.
- Reviews administrative workflows, operating practices and resource utilization, and recommends changes that improve workflow efficiency. Assists with updating administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines, and communicates changes to key stakeholders.
- Maintains continuity of work operations by identifying needs, discovering irregularities, documenting and communicating needed actions to management.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and security of team members’ files and payroll information.
- Provides support for special projects and events, as needed.
- Follows safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum safety, security, and protection of all customers and company assets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of related administrative and/or operations experience. Associate’s degree in business management or related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

DGS’ 24-hour statewide Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) dispatches skilled crisis intervention clinicians to provide immediate care to children experiencing behavioral health crises. Summary/objective
The Operations Support Specialist will be expected to assist with the following job duties, as determined by operational need and as assigned by the Operations Support Coordinator and/or DGS Practice Manager. The Operations Support Specialist must pass an annual HIPAA privacy and security training.
Essential functions:
Intake and Scheduling
- Answer phone calls, prioritize messages, and use the telephone system effectively
- Make reminder calls to patients before their scheduled appointments and document the outcomes
- Call and reschedule patients who miss their appointments and document the no call/no show process
- Check in patients for their behavioral health appointments and update their demographic and insurance information, verify legal guardianship if anyone other than biological parents

- Scan relevant documents, such as insurance cards, identification cards, and behavioral health records, before the end of the day
- Schedule intake appointment, update appointment in computer, and notify appropriate therapist; manage intake wait list and coordinate/communicate as necessary with outpatient coordinators; send letters to legal guardian when attempts to schedule an intake appointment have not been successful
- Prepare new patient packets for behavioral health and ensure that all new patients complete the intake assessment before their visit. Assist patients with any questions or difficulties regarding the assessment
- Ensure that all forms are up to date and have enough copies available.

- Distribute mail and incoming documentation; maintain DGS forms for the site; open/close building
Medical Records

Summary/objective
Under the supervision of the Crisis Clinical Coordinator, the Youth Peer Support Specialist will provide peer mentoring services, include peer counseling, mentoring, support, and advocacy according to the needs, interests and perspectives of youth receiving services from the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) program due to an identified crisis. The ultimate goal of peer mentoring is to engage the youth in the support available, advocate for the needs of the youth, and assist in transitioning into other support services that may be needed in the community.
The focus of the Youth Peer Support Specialist is to support the youth during the risk assessment that occurs when a request is made to the MRSS program and to provide ongoing mentoring while the MRSS case is open. The Youth Peer Support Specialist will work closely with the MRSS crisis clinician to help the youth achieve their goals and find stability in the community.
In addition, the incumbent is responsible for documentation of mentoring services provided from intake through discharge. This position is available due to grant funding that will end on September 30, 2025.

Server Assistant / Food Runner Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Servers in providing warm and efficient service to all guests
- Service tables with enthusiasm and a genuine smile welcoming their presence
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols
- Deliver orders timely and correctly, and perform table maintenance in an efficient and gracious manner
- Check in after courses are dropped within an appropriate timeframe to ensure their satisfaction

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for safety and supervision of our consumers with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral health histories to facilitate healthy and socially acceptable behaviors while living in community-based sites. This position will coordinate with clinical staff, implement residentially based interventions and assist the clients in achieving their clinical assignments. The DSP is responsible for fulfilling the obligations as outlined in the client’s program plan. The DSP will prompt or assist, as necessary, to ensure the clients participate in the activities of daily living, in both the home and the community. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide supervision of individuals in accordance with the person-centered ISP; supporting someone to work towards outcomes identified in ISP and other Person-Centered Support Plans
• Complete required documentation • Administer Medication
• Provide transportation to consumers • Support consumers in activities of daily living, meal prep, toileting, hygiene, as appropriate
• Assist in Community Integration Activities and access to community Supports including medical appointments, social security access, etc.
• Complete all other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or GED is required, associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails, time recording and other programs to enter and retrieve data as necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Prior experience in the human services field, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Subject to employment screenings and background checks.
• Successful completion of orientation and training.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Computer knowledge of MS Office, and other HR applications is a plus, not required.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proactive, organized, and possess great follow-up skills.
• Must have the skill/ability to collaborate, partner with, and provide exceptional customer support to a variety of affiliate partners within the organization.
