**Job Summary and Qualifications**
In your role as Surgery Center Administrator, you will create an environment that builds andmaintainsthe center's reputation as the surgery center of choice in your area. What you will do in this role:
+ Drive industry leading patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and employee engagement results for your operation
+ Lead presentations to andmaintainstrong partnerships with your center's Governing Body, Medical Director, overlap hospitals, and your team
+ Lead business development for your center through continually developing your network, market knowledge, and relationship with your business development representative
+ Lead feasibility research for adding service lines andoptimizingcase mix
+ Leverage yourbest in classinternal corporate support teams in areas such as recruitment, partnership management, legal, business development, risk management, patient safety, human resources, accounting, financial reporting,etc
+ Partner with your Business Office to institute budget controls,monitoraccounts receivables and payables, prepare, and project annual budgets
+ Ensure that your facility meets all related local, state, federal, and accrediting-body rules and regulations
+ Effectively manage your controllable costs such as labor and expenses
+ Negotiate and execute favorable center contracts whileleveragingyour GPO
?What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing or related field
+ Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement
+ Minimum (3) years direct experience or related experience
+ Experience in outpatient healthcare operations or similar service environments preferred

Orbis Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Surgery Scheduler Coordinator. This is a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm position. No weekend or call. In this valued role, you will be an integral part of our team. Key skills will be strong interpersonal skills which allow successful interaction and communication with others as well as attention to detail.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Scheduling procedures for multiple specialties.
- Collaborating with partners from external facilities.
- Coordinating care for various patients
- Working closely with authorization team to ensure billing is completed correctly
- Managing internal and external referrals
- Assisting Front Desk Coordinator as needed
Medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD and life insurance are available the first of the month following 30 days of hire. Paid time off begins at 60 days. 401k eligibility is at first of the quarter following six months of hire.
