Program Manager Pay Rate: $23-25/hr (based on education and experience) Schedule: ; Before School 5:45-9:05am Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 5:45am-10am Wed After School 3-6pm Mon-Fri Youll drive the mission by: Safety & Joy: Exhibits role model qualities ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities to a team of staff members. Supports operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date. Outlines attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensures program tasks are completed effectively. ;Continual coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff to address any challenges or issues promptly to maintain team cohesion, and productivity. Safety Assurance: Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants. Identify and mitigate any potential risks within the program environment. Effective Communication : Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building. Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust. Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support outlined program goals and assist in implementing changes or processes as guided. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs. Ensure name to face attendance procedures are completed per company policy. Daily Routine: Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment. Through your support of an AreaManager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitabilityof that leader’s programs.Job ResponsibilitiesIn support of, coordination with, and at the direction of the Area Manager, you may supportmultiple facets of the business including, but not limited to, the following: Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to Right At School program team members. Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations. Support the Area Manager’s established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program. Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all newly hired team members When applicable, develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure the successful delivery of all Right At School programs and ensure customer satisfaction with the program. Maintains team schedule and communicates changes with all relevant parties Coordinate & execute educational marketing and district events for assigned areas as applicable. Review and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeeping records, and file maintenance; taking prescribed actions based on the data found. Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance. Maintain accurate records. Administer light first aid when necessary. Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting. Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Ability to: Make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight. Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues. Multitask and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules. Travel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs, spending up to 100% of the workday performing program duties in ratio. Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday. Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday. Stand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday. Talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of the workday. High School diploma/GED required. Bachelor or Associate degree preferred. Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role. Must be at least 21 years of age. First Aid and CPR certification required.
