JT4 provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. The Human Systems Integration Project Lead (HSI) will perform a variety of tasks in aerospace HSI that supports flight testing. Design, develop, evaluate, test, install, and integrate, sustainment operations. Use ingenuity and creative problem solving to support the operations & maintenance team. What You Will Do With JT4 Job Summary - Essential Functions/Duties Conduct research and reference reading to assist high-level engineers in obtaining human factors technical information; keep informed of currently approved standards, codes and procedures applied to HSI, perform HSI, and submit technical papers Perform HSI tasks that are varied, with established deadlines with emphasis on the importance of HSI and the impact of human performance on the flight test vehicle Interface with teams across the project to provide human factors expertise and analysis Plan & execute successive HSI stops and resolve technical problems by standard practices & techniques such as tolerance studies, and design calculations Interact with aircrew to develop and conduct human factors surveys and use computer-assisted test methods, and conduct laboratory investigations on equipment or systems Prepare, deliver, and submit technical presentations for in-process design & review meetings Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested Desired Qualifications Previous cockpit, instrumentation, and display ergonomics Aircraft platform enhancement experience that focuses on pilot feedback Requirements - Education, Technical, And Work Experience Must have a bachelor's or higher degree, or any combination of formal education, training and experience equivalent to six years involvement in technically demanding program or project assignments. Must have demonstrated knowledge and skills in resource organization and allocation, planning and budgeting, continuous quality and process improvement, configuration management, setting and measurement of program goals, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. The incumbent must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen. SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $83,907 to $7,360 annually. Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. **Responsibilities**

+ Establish, model, and reinforce the 5 STAR service (customer service) and hand selling technique. + Drive sales by meeting and collaborating with the store team to understand, support and achieve established sales goals and objectives.

+ Promote growth and sales by creating and maintaining internal/external community outreach relationships within the local community. Establish an active sampling regimen through customer engagement.
+ Lead and participate in learning and development activities (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service. Complete Learning Path and Vitamin Shoppe University training activities in established timelines.
+ Protect and maintain company assets and resources to include cash control, inventory, fixtures and physical facility to prevent theft, ensuring Loss Prevention standards. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sales records and operational reports. Ensure work environment is safe for both customers and health enthusiasts.
+ Oversee and perform regular maintenance; clean shelves, baskets, backrooms, windows, front sidewalks, bathrooms, and floors according to company policy as directed by the management team.
+ Receive shipments, assist in unloading stock, checking products against invoice, sorting and distributing stock, shocking shelves, pricing merchandise, cleaning fixtures and displaying product.
+ Aid the management team in the implementation of merchandising, promotional and operational standards. Perform category maintenance by rotating products according to the company's product rotation policy. Identify and document the return of damaged, discontinued or expired product. Aid in new store initiatives.
+ Execute all company policies and objectives within the store, ensuring that the VS brand and company is well represented.
+ Lead the store in the absence of the SM / ASM to include opening / closing, customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior).
+ Operate the cash register and prepare customer transactions and receipts efficiently. Total price, tax, and shipping and handling charges accurately. Fully understand register functions, opening and closing procedures and can balance the cash registers at the end of each shift or as scheduled. Adhere to and verifies bank deposit process.
+ Aid the management team in ensuring the Vitamin Shoppe Healthy Award Club program is consistently promoted and customer information, including email, is captured.
+ Adhere to personal appearance policy.
+ Adhere to assigned work schedule. Promptly clocks in/out and approves weekly timecard.
