We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Project Lead to join Coinbase's Office of the CPO (Chief People Officer) to support the execution of strategic key priorities across the People Success Team (PST). In this role, you will be partnering with various Center of Excellences (COEs) to drive HR initiatives and programs to support long term business objectives, ensuring effective execution, clear stakeholder communication and orchestrated coordination. *What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Working closely with the Office of the CPO to tackle various PST strategic initiatives deemed business critical
* Partnering with COEs - Compensation, Merger & Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Resources, etc - to lead or upscale key programs from conception to GTM.
* Serving as force multipliers for PST teams with limited execution bandwidth, unlocking embedded accountability and cross functional collaboration/alignment

**The Role**

This effort starts on the product after the initial conceptual design, development and qualification of a given product has completed. You will perform engineering technical guidance for product related technical issues that are electrical or system related. + Manages the scope of large-scale multi-site task orders with varying levels of complexity.
+ Monitors and reports on staffing levels in alignment with the project schedule.

+ Initiate and gather details for Work at Risk Approvals.
+ Proactively manage risks and issues through coordination with the delivery team.
+ Monitor the Integrated Master Schedule for updates to identify potential delays or lack of progress including follow-ups with the delivery team.
+ Support Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client.
+ Maintain strong client relationships with the delivery team and VA PM.
+ Support internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for assigned task order(s).
**Qualifications**
+ A Bachelors degree and/or 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position.
+ Prior project team leadership or management experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles.
+ Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
+ Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
+ Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
+ Selling skills preferred.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
