By coupling our business and cyber risk process functional experts on platform automation and integration with our security domain leaders across Risk & Financial Advisory, Deloitte can provide a full spectrum of services; including:
Advise - process and strategy roadmaps, implementation plans and business case development, quantitative return on investment, program and target operating model, data strategy & governance, risk & control framework, content definition & standardization, training and end user enablement
Implement - configuration and as needed, customized, solutions on ServiceNow Security Operations (Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications utilizing accelerators via pre-built templates and proofs of concept
Operate - manage Cyber Security programs ranging from keeping the lights on for the client's environment (e.g. upgrades, access help desk) to full-service use case development and dashboards
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be helping organizations develop practical solutions to achieve better visibility over key components of their cyber programs, leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom-built solutions. Some examples of what you will do include:
+ Working with clients to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements for software development.
+ Designing programs and processes in a manner that supports automation, including documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring.
+ Support configuring and customizing software applications, including forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, etc.
+ Leading deployment of automated IRM and SecOps solutions at large and complex organizations across a variety of industries.
+ Conducting thorough analysis of client processes and systems to identify efficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
+ Working collaboratively with senior risk stakeholders (CIO, CRO, CISOs and direct reports).
+ Building solid, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
+ Developing quality and meaningful deliverables that suit specific client needs.

Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
+ BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field
+ 1+ years of successful ServiceNow implementation projects in a client-facing role
+ 2+ years of work experience consulting with organizations to design and implement IRM and/or SecOps processes
+ 2+ years of consulting experience in defining business and functional requirements and working with technology teams to support these requirements through automation using ServiceNow
+ 1+ years working to identify and address internal and external client needs, including:
+ 1+ years of deploying solutions across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
+ 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and/or configuring SecOps and/or IRM platform solutions
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. As an Appian Associate Consultant, you'll build and deploy web-based applications using the Appian platform to support our customers' business needs. To be successful in this role, you need:
The ability to leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration
The skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions using the Appian platform
The ability to analyze a client's business strategy and processes, to then develop technical solutions to support them
The desire to use a design thinking approach for prototyping and modeling business processes
A solid foundation of, or passion for, technology
Basic Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) and cloud technologies preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel; 20% requirement to support customer engagement

Get to Know the Opportunity:
The ERISA Technical Consultant will provide technical training and support to members of Voya's ERISA Services Team that provides full service compliance testing and 5500 reporting for 401(k), 403(b), and Profit Sharing Plans. This position will take a lead role on enhancement and/or development of systems, procedures and controls to expand Voya's existing service offerings.
Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
The Contributions You'll Make:
- Provide technical support to a team of professionals conducting compliance services for Profit Sharing, 401(k) and 403(b) plans.
- Help develop and implement process, procedures and controls to enhance Voya's existing standard compliance testing and Form 5500 service enhancements.
- Lead project planning and execution for new ERISA-related service offerings.
- Perform compliance testing including with a strong focus on 410(b) (ratio percentage test/average benefit), 414(s) testing, 401(a)(4), and Rights Benefits and Features.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Calculate employer contributions for Safe Harbor and New Comparability plans.
- Provide consulting and plan design assistance to relationship management, plan management and clients.
- Work and gain knowledge of Voya's recordkeeping system and valuation reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree In Business Administration or related work experience in ERISA compliance.
- Knowledge of ERISA and applicable IRS Code is required
- Knowledge of Actuarial Systems Corporation Administration (ASC) or equivalent testing software is a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, formulas).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with senior managers required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve independently.
- 8-10 years industry experience, with 5-7 years' experience in an ERISA compliance setting is desired.
- Industry designation is strongly preferred (SPARK, NIPA, ASPPA, CEBS, ERPA).
- Experience with Multiple Employer Plans preferred.
- Experience with project management and/or drafting business and technical requirements for new programs.
Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
