- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
- Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and other service concerns, and make sure that feedback is provided to Apple.
- Provide excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting product and service recommendations, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.

Minimum Qualifications

What you'll do.:As a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting office readiness across H&R Blocks tax office network. You will be responsible for executing hands-on operational and technical tasks, including basic technology setup, supply delivery, routine maintenance, and support for office openings, closures, and relocations. Day to day, youll
Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, conducting minor low-voltage electrical work and repairing minor damages
Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax office locations in a timely and organized manner
Support the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up the office according to the planogram, installing window clings, electrical lightboxes, and open signs, ensuring office cleanliness, performing custodial work, and confirming offices meet overall brand standards
Set up, shut down, and provide ongoing support for PC hardware across multiple office locations with guidance from the District Operation Coordinator and Operations Technical Analyst
Maintain an inventory of district resources
Track and control hot spare computer equipment in the district
Document hardware problems and their resolution within the ticketing system
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the departments supported products and systems

Work you'll do:
As a UKG Pro WFM Technical Specialist, you should expect to be involved in the following:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand business objectives and translate those goals into technical specifications that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
+ Build technical designs for software applications that incorporate architecture patterns, frameworks, data models, application components, and system integrations.

- Monitor the primary SCADA and ancillary systems daily for health and availability.
- Provide front-line problem resolution and coordinate repairs with EMS Department personnel or other company personnel.
- Notify key customers to coordinate system outages and events affecting critical systems.
- Provide feedback to the Team Lead and Supervisor on process improvements and customer experience.
- Track and document cases thoroughly until resolution with the assistance of EMS Department personnel.
- Adhere to all electronic and physical access policies.
- Support and monitor Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery systems on a daily basis.
- Must understand and sign the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Standard of Conduct .
- Adherence to Separation Protocol is required.
- Must pass all requirements for the Southern Company Insider Threat Program .

We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair.
We are currently seeking an experienced Application Engineer, ideally based in our Tucker, GA facility. The focus for this position is to provide value added services that will enhance the salability of SunSource products as a system. You will accomplish this by interfacing with customers and vendors to resolve system conflicts including electrical and hydraulic systems.
Specifically you will:
Design complete hydrostatic, hydraulic and electrical systems and testing
Provide technical assistance with micro controllers including systems design and programming
Provide training to internal associates and customer
Responsibilities:
Technically support all Mobile Fluid Power products.
Interface with our customers and vendors to resolve system conflicts including electrical and hydraulic systems.
Design complete systems including hydrostatic, hydraulic, and electrical.
Provide technical assistance with micro controllers including systems design and programming.
Provide technical training to SunSource associates and also customer specific applications.
Produce electrical and hydraulic schematics using a CAD program.
Provide technical testing for hydraulic/hydrostatic systems using data acquisition tools.
Provide technical testing for electrical systems using frequency generators and VO meters.
Improve customer relationships using a technical viewpoint.
Interest in machine electronic control.
Required Qualifications:
2 year technical degree in Fluid Power or Engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience
2+ years Application Engineering experience with hydraulic, hydrostatic, Electronic Controls, Sectional Valves and Manifods.
SolidWorks Cad design program
Able to interpret and create hydraulic schematics
Fluid Power Certification a plus
