• Identify opportunities to expand sales of Microbials dairy product portfolio to key stakeholders, including consulting nutritionists and dairy producers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the dairy industry, including dairy nutritionists, herd management consultants, and dairy producers.
• Develop strategies to promote the adoption of precision microbial solutions, ensuring integration into dairy nutrition programs.
• Work collaboratively with customers to implement Microbials innovations, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance dairy performance and efficiency.
• Focus on dairy farms with 5,000+ cows, with key accounts across California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve growth targets in the Pacific Northwest region.
• Proactively engage with decision-makers and influencers to drive adoption of Microbials solutions in large-scale dairy operations.
• Expand the sales of the Microbials product portfolio, including next-generation microbial solutions designed to optimize animal health and performance.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen Microbials presence in the dairy sector.
• Prepare detailed reports on market insights, competitive intelligence, and sales activities to keep internal teams informed.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer engagement and business development efforts.

Reports to: VP of Sales

Qualifications Required:

• Masters degree in animal science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of dairy nutrition, including experience with CNCPS and/or NRC models for ruminants.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in technical sales or business development within the animal nutrition industry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Practical knowledge of dairy production systems and farm management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Dairy Nutrition or a related discipline.
• Experience with precision microbial solutions or innovative feed additives for dairy cattle.

• Remote position based anywhere in the USA.
• Travel requirement: Approximately 50-60%.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport.

Hourly Wage: **$33 - $6.5 per/hour** *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from 0.35 per hour to 3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Responsibilities

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Kingsburg, CA.

This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.

All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.

Basic Qualifications

2+ Years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.

The production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.

Be Authorized to work in the US.

Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

• Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment, to include but not limited to: hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, VFD/HMI/Servo control devices, conveying systems, industrial printers, valves, photo eyes, switches, heat exchangers, level controls.
• Operate and support industrial, refrigeration, boiler and utility operations.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience.
• 1-2 year(s) prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to utilize computer-based maintenance planning/PM ERP platforms, SAP a plus.
• Ability to trouble-shoot electrical, hydraulic systems and pneumatic equipment.
