Competitive Compensation:
- Salary range: $43,680 - $8,240
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, level of job offer, qualifications and other job-related factors.
- Additional bonus available for this role is available and will be disclosed during the interview process (not included above).

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time field associates at Walmart and Sam's Club. Program range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language and short-form certificates. Tuition, brooks and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Essential Functions:
- All primary responsibilities will be assisted or performed under the direct supervision of an experienced technician
- Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets by utilizing multiple craft skills (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment) and using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs
- Utilize the work order management system to receive reactive repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates and document repair activities
- Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
- Inspecting, operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues
- Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely
Position Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
- Can move up and down ladders frequently
- Comfortable working at heights frequently
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Able to work in various temperatures
- Must maintain an excellent driving record

Job Summary: The technical support assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining school related equipment and software (Technology) throughout the school, assuring smooth utilization of Technology for instructional, administrative and student use.
Essential Duties:
- Maintains and utilizes Follett Asset Management system for school devices and technology transactions and records
- Maintains and utilizes Follett Asset Management system for organization and management of school technology and equipment
- Assists with all technology related communication between the school, district technology and school-assigned district technicians
- Assists and provides leadership with the deployment and collection of mobile devices at the school level
- Manages repairs and work orders for school technology
- Handles and manages logistics of shipping and receiving mobile devices for warranty or repair work
- Manages and supports technology within the school through the use of the district provided mobile device management system (MDM)
- Provides and supports appropriate level of technical assistance with resolving technology end-user problems at the school site
- Monitors and conducts school-wide inventory for devices and other school technology and submits reports as directed
- Assists with fee collection and record-keeping related to technology fees and/or repair costs
- Receives and processes new equipment and maintains technology support supplies as requested
- Assists with supervising student technology assistants
- Stays current with technology trends within the educational setting
- Welcomes all stakeholders with respect, courtesy, and assistance as needed to established technology support area
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team member
- Works well in a multi-tasking environment
Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Classified Personnel.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required):
- Associate Degree or a Certification in Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of one-year experience providing technical support.
- Demonstrated aptitude with performing routine tasks involving data entry, data management including proficient use of Microsoft Excel or similar data management programs.
- Demonstrated aptitude with troubleshooting common problems with computers or mobile devices.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Physical Requirements:
