**Summary:**
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the health system's strategy, commitments and goals.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Acquires the necessary resources in partnership with resource owners to fulfill the planned project roles/responsibilities and activities. Manages all internal and external project resources to ensure that project scope is delivered on time, on schedule, within the approved project budget, and with a high degree of quality.
2. Closes the project by ensuring all scoped deliverables are accepted, project documentation is stored, and project resources are released.
3. Develops and manages the project scope and objectives, high-level timeline, and cost estimate with the project sponsor and other key stakeholders and establishes the overall project management approach. In addition, develops and manages the consolidated project plan including detailed schedule (with critical path), cost estimate, roles/responsibilities, communications, and risks.
4. Engages the project team continuously and periodically reports project status to all key project stakeholders as well as IT Management.
5. Provides project management mentoring, coaching, and support to less experienced team members as well as all health system employees and contractors as necessary or appropriate.
6. Lead healthcare IT projects primarily related to, but not restricted to, UNC Health's Epic-based Electronic Health Record,

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).

BASIC FUNCTION
Primary Responsibility: The Technology Service Technician (TST) is responsible for remote and on-site installation, maintenance and repair of customer IT network and telephony products and systems, which may include network infrastructure hardware (i.e. Servers, Workstations, Racks, Routers, Firewalls, and Backup Solutions) and software networked configurations. TSEs are a vital link to the sales organization, in providing sales lead opportunities and/or feedback based on customer usage, change in business needs and other areas of Tech Services focus.
WORK PERFORMED
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to all business needs.
- Responsible for responding to service calls generated by the Network Operations Center (NOC), which carry the highest priority of all dispatched calls. TSTs will contact the customer immediately to provide confirmation of the dispatch and an arrival time.
- Complete network assessment and all associated forms
- AI Assist ensures high-level customer satisfaction by providing end-user training on implemented solutions and advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures and configurations that may impact product and network performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Risk, including Audit, Operational Risk Management, Compliance Risk, Technology Risk and Financial Risk. The candidate will have years of experience managing OpenPages platform, or similar GRC platforms, and understand the platform's capability vs the needs from all the different risk partners. * Act as Product Owner for OpenPages features and risk workflows across multiple domains (Audit, Operational Risk Management, Compliance Risk, Technology Risk and Financial Risk.)
* Lead discovery sessions to observe, document, and validate business processes and capture key insights for complex product/system.
* Influence tactical vs strategic business requirements and guide the risk partners on best practices to drive enhanced risk posture and adoption from employees.

Required Skills:
* 8+ years of experience in operational risk, audit, compliance, or finance risk domains.
* 6+ years of hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Owner on IBM OpenPages or similar GRC platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to establish strong relationships across teams and business partners to effectively deliver work across the enterprise.
* Proven expertise with risk and control frameworks such as PRCs, Issue Management, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Loss Event Reporting.
* Strong understanding of audit processes, control libraries, and enterprise risk governance.
