The Information Technology Internal Audit Senior Consultant will be an experienced, self-motivated professional interested in joining our expanding internal audit team. This position has limited travel.
This primarily responsibilities includes leading IT General Controls/IT Audit and IT Risk Consulting engagements. Minimal travel is required for this position, with client work primarily being performed remotely.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing risk management, internal audit and internal control services to clients in the banking industry.
- Assisting in planning and executing engagements, including completing test of design and test of operational effectiveness workpapers.
- Conducting fieldwork, preparing workpapers to support conclusions, discussing findings and observations with management, and preparing written reports of various types and formats.
- Involved in providing clients with advice to improve and optimize internal controls, enhance and transform internal audit approach and methodologies and performing risk assessments.
- Providing other value-added recommendations both to our clients and to help improve the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. Major in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems is preferred.
- Professional Certification such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA, or similar is a plus.
- 3+ years' experience of working in financial institutions, Big 4 or equivalent, or regulatory supervisory of financial institutions.

The Technology Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on various MAI technologies, creating training materials using multiple learning approaches, and hosting consistent training office hours for our employees. This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to the evolving needs of our firm and provide engaging and effective training sessions. As a member of our Technology team and of the Training and Development community at the firm, you will be part of enabling our team members' success, leveraging our digital presence, and improving client engagement through innovative training solutions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on a wide range of technologies. (Examples would include: Dashlane, MS CoPilot, Windows 11, Microsoft Applications, Sharepoint, Salesforce, Docusign, Adobe, Smartsheet, Zoom, etc.)
- Create high-quality training materials to support training sessions using a variety of training tools and methods.
- Facilitate workshops, eLearning courses, and hands-on training sessions.
- Support the Technology team as the primary facilitator of organizational notifications through email, intranet posts and related technologies.
- Work with the Technology team and partner with HR to establish priorities based on needs assessments, surveys, and other feedback collected, assessing the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D (Learning and Development), and other teams to align training with organizational objectives and to understand overall training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Host regular training office hours to address the needs of employees on various technology topics and themes (which may be derived by common support requests or pending rollouts of new software solutions).
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates to MAI technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Leverage the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training content, track employee progress, and report on outcomes.
- Stay informed on the latest training technologies, such as virtual classrooms, gamification, and mobile learning, to enhance the training experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Adult Learning Principles and Practices, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in both designing and deploying training and development, with at least 3 years of experience as a Technology Trainer or similar role.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), course development tools, and video editing software and tools.
- Additional certifications in instructional design or another aspect of training and development or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
- Proven experience in the application of training methods, tools, and techniques to design and deploy a wide variety of training methods in a corporate setting.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).
- Experience in an RIA/Investment Management firm or other type of Financial Services firm a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic team-based, collaborative environment, and works well with others to resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.

As a Workday Director within the Technology Modernization Practice, you will help organizations proactively shape and implement their overall strategy and supporting initiatives. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Experience Management & Content Development
- Gather, organize, and maintain attorney experience and client matter data within Foundation Firm Intelligence.
- Work closely with attorneys, business development professionals, and other marketing team members to ensure all experience records are accurate, up-to-date, and categorized correctly.
- Work with business development professionals to develop compelling descriptions of casework, transactions, and litigation matters for use in proposals, pitches, website content, and ranking submissions.
- Ensure consistency in how firm experience is presented across marketing materials and external communications.
Database & Technology Administration
- Optimize Foundation Firm Intelligence to improve data categorization, searchability, and reporting functionalities.

- Regularly audit and update content to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or related industry, preferably in experience management, practice management, or business development.
Competencies :
