Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six (6) years of experience in a project management role.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, information systems, business administration or another related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in a project management role
- 3 year's experience in healthcare/patient care environment

- Understand and support the PC applications supported by the IT department. These currently include: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Access, MS-Visual Basic, Central Desktop, and any other applications implemented at L&L Products.
- Working with various departments to design, develop, test, train and coordinate the implementation of enhancements to the company's existing applications/modules.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
- 15+ years experience in Information Technology in an Oracle ERP/CRM/Financials environment across automotive OEM as well as supplier automotive manufacturing and supply-chain focused industries.
- Subject matter expertise on end-to-end business process flows per industry best practices in the domain area of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, demand-to-build, financials and planning.
- Preferred experience in Oracle R12.2 upgrade and at least two full lifecycle Oracle Implementation hands on experience and production support in Oracle R12.2.x (Financials -AP, AR, PO, GL, CM, FA, iProcurement, iSupplier and/or Supply Chain OM, INV, PLM, BOM, WIP, SCP, ASCP, PA, QA, QP, WSH, MWA, RLM)
- Experience in ad-hoc SQL queries and strong knowledge of EBS application with a concentration in Oracle R12.2.x.
- Experience in understanding and setting up EDI transactions in Oracle for Customers and Suppliers

+ Ability to consult on the best configurations to meet business requirements of VMS tools
+ Understanding and ability to perform basic configuration for integrations and finance, including endpoint config, and basic field manipulation
+ Ability to design/create processes and procedures and assists others in implementing them
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Internet Explorer
+ Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving ability
+ Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively apply them to business processes
+ Ability to identify training needs for non-technical teams, and coach accordingly
+ Ability to work with a diverse team of resources from our Technology Partners, our Clients, and reach consensus resolution on issues
Education and Qualifications
+ Completed Bachelor's Degree preferred
+ Four or more (4+) Years VMS Project Implementation Experience required
+ Two or more (2+) Years Experience in consulting, or with a consulting firm preferred
+ Projects strong confident image to Clients and Technology Partners
+ Ability to travel as needed

Key responsibilities also include overseeing artificial intelligence initiatives within HR, managing strategic HR technology, and leading global payroll and people operations. We seek a candidate with over 10 years of global HR leadership experience, specifically in HR operations, talent analytics, global payroll, and HR technology. A proven track record in AI project leadership and HR technology solution implementation is essential. The ideal candidate will adopt a hands-on, results-driven approach, possess strong process and project management skills, and demonstrate the ability to foster collaboration across various departments and regions.
