**US - Tax - Indirect Tax Technology and Transformation - Manager**

As a manager you'll continuously enhance your proficiencies in the design, promotion and delivery of major technology tools, including application development, data acquisition and transformation, and data analytics and visualization/reporting. You'll work side-by-side with tax-technical subject matter professionals (SMPs) to develop and deploy data and technology solutions that will enable our tax-technical SMPs to efficiently and effectively deliver quality tax consulting, with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
· A bachelor's degree in technology, information science, accounting, or finance and minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and minimum 4 years of related work experience
· Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to a state Bar
· Hands-on technical experience with expertise in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions using modern analytics and AI technologies
· Experience with developing solutions using Microsoft Azure, IBM watsonx, or Databricks stack
· A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies and leveraging them to optimize and transform business processes
· Experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance databases, particularly using Microsoft SQL Server, to support robust analytics and data-driven decision-making

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $31,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 151,200 to 262,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $40,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 178,700 to 386,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
