The Technology Engineer applies engineering principles to new and existing facilities with tasks ranging from process design to the evaluation/implementation of new technologies. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the specific definition and design to support plant automation modernization and ensure alignment with ADM standards, best practices, and design standardization across all plants within Oilseeds.
This is a key position for successful implementation of the roll-out of a high-profile global project. The ADM Modernization Program (Program Aurora) is an ADM Operations Initiative to modernize our strategic facilities through Automation and Optimization. Utilizing technology and ADM expertise, we will reduce unplanned downtime, support safety initiatives, increase OEE and standardize our processes across our business units. The Program is an enabler for ADM's Digital Transformation.
This position will support multiple locations throughout North America and requires up to 20% of time spent travelling to those locations.
