What You'll Do
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT professional to join our internal technology team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the bank's computer systems, network, and cybersecurity protocols. You'll also support staff with technical issues and ensure our systems remain secure, efficient, and compliant.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain server and network infrastructure to ensure maximum system uptime
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across departments
- Manage security protocols, firewalls, antivirus systems, and user access controls
- Set up, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications
- Administer backup systems and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data
- Assist employees via help desk support and troubleshoot technical problems
- Ensure systems meet compliance and regulatory standards in the financial sector
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, procedures, and policies
- Collaborate with vendors and external IT support when needed
What You Bring
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or network management
- Strong background in Microsoft Windows environments (desktop/server)
- Experience with tools such as Veeam, VMware vSphere, Cisco Networking, and SolarWinds preferred
- Familiarity with banking platforms like Jack Henry or AS/400 is a bonus
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in banking or a financial institution is advantageous

The National Council Office of the United States, Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP USA) seeks a Senior National Director of Information Technology. The Senior National Director of Information Technology will lead the roll out of a national technology platform supporting the 90,000 volunteers in the United States. Role Overview:

As the Director of Technology Delivery , you will help define, track, manage, and propel Lanter's technology roadmap.
This role will extend across functional areas to ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of complex technical solutions, from inception to implementation.
You will establish a center of excellence for requirement definition, program management, work intake, and project execution. You and your team will drive results in a complex, fast-paced agile environment, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.) and portfolio/product management best practices
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology projects from initiation to completion
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple departments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
