What you'll do at DDI:
- Plan and schedule activities, job development, work schedules and service plans for assigned caseload.
- Employment training services and training/work site supervision in individual and group settings.
- Provide accurate and timely data collection - goal, protocols, outings, behavioral data, progress notes, trip logs and case files for assigned individuals.
- Develop vocational training sites, assist with job development and prevailing wage assessments.
- Work with employers, consumers and families/collaterals to develop appropriate vocational related programming for individuals.
- Development of task analyses and training programs that includes the transition to other intensive or extended vocational services.
- Complete all required trainings/certifications, participate in Peer Mentoring Program, in-service workshops, and recertification trainings as required.
- Participate in team meetings as scheduled and staff meetings.
- Obtain AMAP certification and administer medications under the supervision of assigned nursing staff if required.
- Complete incident reports as per 624 Regulations and SCIP-R reports as necessary.
- Provide accurate implementation of Emergency Procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all OPWDD and DDI policy and procedures as they pertain to individuals supported, and documentation of such.
- Provide protective oversight and advocacy.
- Ensure that vehicles are clean and problems are written down and addressed through the Program Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with individuals with ID/DD
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and guidelines.
- Must have automobile, good driving record and approved to drive for DDI.

Our organization is looking for a motivated individual with a calling to help adults with mental illness by becoming a PROS Advisor/Employment Specialist.
Responsible for developing and implementing curriculum in psychiatric rehabilitation to adults with a mental illness to members in the Gathering Place PROS Program that is consistent with their personal recovery goals, cultural background and beliefs. The PROS Advisor will provide group work and individual sessions to members in the PROS Program. Provide Employment-related services, job development and outreach to PROS members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts intake assessments of prospective members as needed and serves as a back up to the Intake Worker.
- Must be willing to provide mobile services in the community.
- Participates in the admissions and discharges of members in the program.
- Facilitates PROS groups and individual sessions with members and ensuring program and agency guidelines are maintained.
- Structures a learning environment to facilitate goal attainment.
- Participates in individualized recovery plan development along with the members and other individuals of their choosing.
- Implement all facets of the functional program including program philosophy, goals, and objectives as well as adhere to agency policies and procedures.
- Prepares all necessary reports to include IRP Plans, scheduled reviews, monthly progress notes, contact notes, monthly medication review, and other PROS forms and assessments as required.
- Participate in implementation of agency's Quality Improvement Program.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with all staff to ensure services and activities are adequately maintained to meet the needs of the members.
- Identify and assist in correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of services.
- Participate in all fire safety and disaster preparedness drills in a safe and professional manner.
- Participates in the on-call rotation and is available after program/clinic hours for consultation and support for emergencies as needed.

- Maintain professional status if applicable through in-service and other training and participate in continuing educational programs designed to assure knowledge of changes in profession and/or the mental health field.

Education & Experience:

**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Define and implement the global employment tax strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving business models, legislation, risk appetite, and technology developments. Lead employment tax aspects of corporate transactions, including business separations, reorganizations, and expansions.
+ Oversee compliance and reporting for employment tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC
+ Partner with Payroll, HR, Compensation, Benefits, Corporate Tax, Legal, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of employment tax policies.
+ Manage International, US Federal and US state employment tax audits, resolve disputes with tax authorities, and address post-filing notice inquiries.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including Boards of Directors, senior leadership, and global enabling functions.

**Qualifications/ Requirements:**

+ Proven experience leading employment tax strategy and operations for large, multinational organizations.

**Pay and Benefits:**
