We are seeking an experienced and strategic Employment Tax Leader to drive the global employment tax agenda for our organization. This role requires a dynamic professional with deep technical knowledge across employment, mobility, equity awards, bonus compensation and international tax, coupled with the ability to engage and influence across multiple functions and geographies. The successful candidate will lead employment tax strategy and compliance, deliver operational excellence, partner with specialist third parties and represent the company in policy and regulatory matters.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Define and implement the global employment tax strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving business models, legislation, risk appetite, and technology developments. Lead employment tax aspects of corporate transactions, including business separations, reorganizations, and expansions.
+ Oversee compliance and reporting for employment tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC
+ Partner with Payroll, HR, Compensation, Benefits, Corporate Tax, Legal, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of employment tax policies.
+ Manage International, US Federal and US state employment tax audits, resolve disputes with tax authorities, and address post-filing notice inquiries.

**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience)
+ Minimum of five years of experience in employment, mobility, and international tax, with a mix of in-house and accounting or law firm experience.
+ Proven experience leading employment tax strategy and operations for large, multinational organizations.
+ Deep understanding of tax risk, compliance frameworks, and global payroll operations.

**Pay and Benefits:**
+ The base pay range for this position is $152,300 - 205,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Are you looking for meaningful work in the community helping others? Our Employment Specialists work as a member of the ACT team to coach, advocate, and build resilience. The Employment Specialist creates a strategy based on the interest, skill set, and goals for the individual being supported. Weekly activities include running groups, networking with employers in the community, and coaching on job readiness.
**General Summary**
Works collaboratively to facilitate a stable and smooth operation of the program and provides therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practice guidelines, client treatment plans, and policies; performs a variety of client care, case management and administrative functions; and completes details of the discharge plan and makes modifications in order to facilitate the successful discharge of clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Essential Functions:**
+ Assists in developing and executing individual treatment plans for clients.
+ Provides day-to-day oversight of all therapeutic activities.
+ Provides individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a wide range of techniques designed to treat mental illness, emotional problems, social and interpersonal problems, and functional deficits.
+ Maintains an awareness of significant client history, present status, and any precautions in effect. Collaborates with other staff to provide input into treatment plans for individual clients.
+ Orients family members to nature of therapeutic services and the specific program.
+ Increases other family members understanding of client needs and progress.
+ Promotes positive family relations, especially effective parental strategies.
+ Exhibits clinically appropriate relational (e.g., accurate empathy, active listening) skills.
+ Manages behavioral crises including 1:1 observation, redirection, physical restraint and team crisis interventions.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Education:**
+ Bachelors Degree Meets the definition of a Mental Health Worker under PA CODE 5200.3 (i) Has a bachelor's degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the CHEA in a recognized clinical discipline including social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or activity therapies.(ii) Has a graduate degree in a clinical discipline with 12 graduate-level credits in mental health or counseling from a program that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the CHEA.(iii) Has an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the AICE or the NACES. The Department will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency. Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday however, some flexibility will be required depending on participant activities, events and your case load. Description & Requirements

Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr Medical Services Recruiter to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative provider/DX facility recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.
- Assist with training new provider/DX facility recruiters and cross-training of existing lower level recruiters.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Previous medical services and/or business development related recruiting experience highly preferred.
