This position supports the execution of our employment marketing and programs strategy with a focus on attracting and engaging talent in our stores and military communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement job board contracts and monitor usage across the enterprise. Develop and ensure all partners are adhering to process. Assist with maximizing marketing opportunities with job board vendors.
- Execute a billing/invoicing system for team. Includes process for approval/documentation, routing for processing, tracking and reporting. This includes tracking of inventory usage from fulfillment vendor.

- Assist in the development, production, scheduling and implementation of employment marketing initiatives and deliverables including collateral, advertisements (print and online), broadcast, photoshoots, promotional items, exhibit booths, signage, events and other appropriate deliverables.
- Serve as daily contact with established media services vendors and oversee extranet updates.
- Coordinate and evaluate event programs including sponsorship level, volunteer coordination, scheduling, tracking and logistics.

- No direct responsibility for supervising others.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

The position will support our U.S. Commercial and State/Local Government business, as part of the global Office of General Counsel's legal organization, and will report directly to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Employment. This role, as part of a small legal team in the U.S., will provide daily legal counsel on employment-related matters, with the purpose of managing employment-related risk, minimizing legal exposure, supporting compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., Title VII, ADA, PWFA, FMLA, FLSA, leave laws, FCRA and drug-testing law, pay equity, and other employment laws, as well as their state and local equivalents), and facilitating CGI's ability to maintain a positive work environment that aligns with CGI's values and ethical code.

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**

Provide day-to-day multi-state legal counseling and guidance to Human Resources, Employee Relations, managers and other stakeholders on a diverse range of employment legal issues, including but not limited to employee relations, performance counseling, disciplinary matters, employment claims, compliant leave management, wage and hour issues, safety, and other areas under federal, state and local laws
. Lead and direct internal employment-related investigations, including ethics investigations reported to Employment Legal leadership and Global Ethics
. Manage and respond to EEOC and other government administrative charges, audits, and requests; and manage outside counsel for litigation and certain complex legal issues
. Interpret laws and regulations, research key legal questions, and maintain a current in-depth knowledge with respect to all applicable employment laws, regulations and industry guidance, in order to provide related guidance
. Proactively monitor, track, train and advise on frequent changes in state and local laws to support company compliance
. Provide primary legal support for adverse impact analysis, including for reductions in force and other employment actions
. Train and coach internal clients in order to facilitate their ability to help mitigate future risk

As an Employment Marketing & Branding Specialist within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Chicago, IL; or Atlanta, GA.
This role will focus on recruitment marketing as well as creating content, copy writing, and digital outreach.

**Job Description**
+ Provides ongoing support for a consistent execution of the employer brand strategy and alignment to our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for direct hire recruiting, diversity & inclusion and early career recruiting activities.
+ Leads the development, adoption and roll out of external recruitment-focused content, campaigns and messaging on paid, owned, earned and shared channels.
+ Manages and keeps project plans up to date; tracks the implementation and performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
+ Assists in recommending, creating, executing, and tracking end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives including, but not limited to print, digital, email, video, paid media, and social media. Assists with managing employer brand presence across talent acquisition communities (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and more).
+ Works collaboratively with talent acquisition, HR Communications, agency partners, and appropriate outside partners to discuss & review relevant obstacles, forecasts, trends and material creation to support talent strategy objectives.
+ Analyzes marketing data, monitoring external employee sentiment, interpreting it for brand impact and reporting to line of business clients and partners on implications.

**Education and Experience**

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Define and implement the global employment tax strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving business models, legislation, risk appetite, and technology developments. Lead employment tax aspects of corporate transactions, including business separations, reorganizations, and expansions.
+ Oversee compliance and reporting for employment tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC
+ Partner with Payroll, HR, Compensation, Benefits, Corporate Tax, Legal, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of employment tax policies.
+ Manage International, US Federal and US state employment tax audits, resolve disputes with tax authorities, and address post-filing notice inquiries.

**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience)
+ Minimum of five years of experience in employment, mobility, and international tax, with a mix of in-house and accounting or law firm experience.
+ Proven experience leading employment tax strategy and operations for large, multinational organizations.
+ Deep understanding of tax risk, compliance frameworks, and global payroll operations.
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Tax Advisor or equivalent qualification preferred.
+ Minimum of ten year experience in employment, mobility, and international tax, with a mix of in-house and accounting or law firm experience.

**Pay and Benefits:**
